Scripture is absolute truth, as you and I know. It can be used in an incorrect way as you did.
The new covenant, if you will please read it, it not in the future. You are misquoting scripture to say that, scripture is truth. I repeat Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
If you won't acknowledge the old covenant because it was to Israel, then to be consistent you must not acknowledge the new covenant or you decide you can write your own scripture to suit yourself.
We are subject to the new and old covenant as Paul tells us, the Lord sent Paul to be our apostle. But your idea of "Israel only" is false.
You should have underlined will instead.
Will is future tense. The nation never accepted Christ during Acts. They even killed Stephen.
So they never got down to telling God like they did in exodus 24 for the old covenant, that they accepted the new covenant.
Surely you know all these?
FYI, Paul never told us that we are under the new covenant, we are able ministers of the New Testament yes, but not new covenant

Are you saying that God will make a new covenant with us in the future, but there is now no new covenant? It is only that God will make it?
Scripture tells us the new covenant has been made.
I think this advise you gave me is advice you need to apply to yourself. Your idea of the Lord telling you He took back some of His laws is in error. God is eternal, God's creation is good, all of what God created. That is a fact and no scripture you come up with is in disagreement with this fact. If you think so, you better take it up with your Lord. I don't seem to be able to get through to you.

The new covenant is not made with the bride of Christ, unless you have scripture that state otherwise
Those scripture did not say Israel accepted that new covenant
The new covenant is offered to Israel, but she never accepted it
Well, for one thing, They will not be sitting on 12 thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel (Matthew 19:28)
So yes not everything in the bible is for the body of Christ
