when it comes to Christian metal, I really like it... some of the songs that have personally impacted my life are Some Day by Vaakevandring, and Determined to Desire by Amplified... all good stuff

it simply gets a bad rep because of how it sounds, and reputation metal itself has...

I realize that yes many Metal bands look Verry Creepy on the outside but im listening to a SOAD right now and the ending lyrics are "Father into your hands I commit my spirit."

I'd say Flyleaf were alternative, plus I don't like them much, I honestly think they are awful.
