Interesting!to hopeinhim: it is extremely high in antioxidants. a friend of mine who i went to high school with owns a health food store. back in 97', i started to get a cold & asked him what's the best thing i can take. he told me White Tea. since 97', i've only had 1 cold!
I drink Ginkgo Biloba most of the time. It has a lot of antioxidants too. I mainly do this first to open up the fine blood vessels to the extremities and brain, so they get as much O2 and nutrients as possible. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor (temporarily shrinks blood vessels). I want to negate that particular effect. Ginko is one of the plants that reverses aging, is a dilator, improves healing and dozens of other benefits. It's a good tree. I should see if the one I want is available now to buy and plant in my yard.i should try tea too more often

I've heard it's a good winter tonic. We've dug up the roots and made tea with them; it's really good. But someone said it's not good to drink more than a cup a day because it thins your blood.he is my best friend even when i wasn't His best friend! if your going to open a health store research the old Indian ways, they were the best. they knew to use sassafras tea because of its huge health benefits!

I have a friend who had cancer that drinks a lot of it. I did some reading on it and learned that it does indeed have good health benefits. One thing I noted is that it has to be carefully processed somehow, to remove a carcinogenic component. I have warned my friend because Pappy's Brand Sassafras Tea is his favorite.true, too much can be harmful, the right amount works wonders
I looked for Caffix in the nutrition section of Kroger's. I'm surprised they didn't have it. There's a specialty gift shop in the neighborhood that I will look for it. Maybe I will carry it in my store when the time comes.Yeah I know sometimes coffee makes me extra talkative lol!
I'm not a conniseur of coffee for sure, but I do prefer organic if I'm drinking real coffee. A lot of times I drink Caffix, a natural coffee substitute. I like iced coffee sweetened with honey but I usually don't sweeten hot drinks. I'm actually more of a hot tea drinker than coffee especially in the winter.
Huh I don't know! Yeah it seems like they would have it.I looked for Caffix in the nutrition section of Kroger's. I'm surprised they didn't have it. There's a specialty gift shop in the neighborhood that I will look for it. Maybe I will carry it in my store when the time comes.
I was only surprised because they have a big selection. Anyhow, is it a chicory blend with a coffee flavor?Huh I don't know! Yeah it seems like they would have it.
Yeah that would be cool if you'd carry it.
Barley, rye, chicory, and sugar beets. Non GMOI was only surprised because they have a big selection. Anyhow, is it a chicory blend with a coffee flavor?
Non GMO beets. That's rare. Sounds like a good combo. I want to grow a couple sweet varieties myself.Barley, rye, chicory, and sugar beets. Non GMO
Neat, what is it called? I've also tried Dandy Blend; not sure of all the ingredients but I think it's mostly dandelion root.Non GMO beets. That's rare. Sounds like a good combo. I want to grow a couple sweet varieties myself.
That's similar to the last kind I bought for inventory. I got out a box to sample it now.

I really like it. It helps stabilize energy throughout the afternoon without depending on caffeine. Tastes good too.
Morning vitality. I like dandelion too. I pick it mostly in the spring and use every part of the plant. The stem is a little bitter so it gets fried or boiled in soups. The leaves and flowers taste good when mixed with other greens. The root has a lot of minerals. What a super food!Neat, what is it called? If you ever find an especially good tea or healthy product that you notice a benefit from using, please let me know. I'm making lists for my future inventory.
I'm looking forward to seeing them soon up here. I just bought some mayonnaise that is good. It's made with MCT oil from coconut.Sure I'll keep that in mind.
Yeah dandelion maybe doesn't taste as good as some of the other wild edibles but I'm sure they're healthy! I've mostly had them raw in salads but I think they'd be good cooked like you said.
