But this is becoming a habit of yours of challenging my comments to other posters who themselves haven't challenged my characterization of their meaning. As a supervisor in a company, I dealt largely with middle management. One particular manager was long time employee who regularly filled my ear with complaints of any manager trainee who was working directly under him at the time. So before I would listen to any complaint he brought to me, I would have him tell me 2 things that were positive concerning the trainee. Soon, he stopped complaining and worked through differences himself.

When God sees His thoughts in a believer being made alive to that believer's soul?
Then, that is when a believer is worthy of God to use for His purpose in His plan.
