Okay, here it goes:

A man dies dies at age 25, yet the cause of death was old age.
Did the medical professionals mix up the death certificates?

Was old age actually listed on the death certificate? When I asked AI, it gave me this response:
"No, medical certificates do not typically list "old age" as a cause of death, as guidelines recommend specifying a particular disease or injury that initiated the chain of events leading to death".

Are you able to provide the copies of the original death certificate/s? I'm suspecting either fraudulent coroner (e.g. covid era), or perhaps incompetent...

He had a rare disease which caused him to age faster.
There was a movie about that called Benjamin Button. Are you thinking where the guy ages backwards, and eventually dies during his birth? Except this time, the guy died while he was still 25, instead of while he was being born?

No. A genetic condition called progeria.

"old age" no longer a diagnosis cause of death

:unsure:um, no. No I don't have a copy of the original death certificate as this is a joke/riddle that is much older than the date of ICD changing cause of death from 'old age' to 'aging-associated biological decline in intrinsic capacity.'

He was born on leap year...February 29th.
