Fruit is the character of the speaker, not what followers do or are. That was the problem of the pharisees. Good teaching but bad character. Jesus called them snakes, not liars.
He never judged them by their followers.

The point is the fruit you do see. With time the character is revealed. It’s not that difficult. Even unbelievers recognize the difference between say, trustworthy and untrustworthy men.
I agree..you can’t fake the fruit of the spirit....maybe for a short period.....but the real person will always be revealed

I guess I don’t judge them except to note that they are at best immature and so need to be treated as small children in the faith. Not much required in terms of behavior and especially understanding. They just don’t know much. It’s OK unless they try to teach.
