And Jesus goes and finds the lost sheep so that He will lose none.I was saying you have to be one of the sheep already, before you can fall away. Do you understand the implications? The lost sheep are already saved, but now are lost.

I've seen people abuse and misuse the words of Jesus "go and sin no more" in John 8:11 to teach "sinless perfection," yet Jesus was telling the woman to go and leave her life of sin, namely, she had been practicing adultery. Also, Jesus cannot compromise his perfect holy standard, so of course He is not going to say, "go and just sin a little bit."Ridiculous.
If your Father caught you stealing and forgave you would He tell you to "sin a little more but not too much"?
No.
Jesus told a woman who didn't ask for forgiveness in the text "I do not condemn you" though she was caught in the act of sinning. Then as a loving Lord gave proper instruction.
You’re actually writing those words in a condemning manner towards those of us who put our complete and total faith in Jesus Christ. That’s astonishing. They believed in God, and they boasted about their particular brand of religion, exactly like on here
What did I post towards anyone particularly? I didn’t. I stated Catholicism is false doctrine, and you see me attacking someone. That’s your problem; you see things that don’t exist and don’t see what is plainly obvious. All people ever do on here is to find fault with others. It needs to stop. If you are going to find fault, explain why.
Teach what is biblically correct. My motivation for being here is to teach. Then you come with others, and are obstructive.
So according to your standard people should not accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior until their deathbed thus having all their past sins covered.Jesus died ONCE for our sins, and we are redeemed for PAST sins. Then we are told to sin no more.
It's impossible that believing is what maintains God's salvation.According to you, the One who grants and maintains salvation actually doesn’t maintain salvation if it’s the believer that maintains his/her salvation. SMH
Before I go out, here is something to ponder. In Romans 3:24-25 we read,
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Salvation covers past sins, but then we are told to sin no more.
If you want to play word games fair enough, but isn't it best to do as Jesus said to others after healing them and sin no more?Romans 3:25 (AMP) - whom God displayed publicly [before the eyes of the world] as a [life-giving] sacrifice of atonement and reconciliation (propitiation) by His blood [to be received] through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness [which demands punishment for sin], because in His forbearance [His deliberate restraint] He passed over the sins previously committed [before Jesus’ crucifixion]. This sheds some light on what is meant by PAST sins. It does not mean that ONLY our past sins are forgiven by Jesus.
Acts 13:39 - and by Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.
Further translations of Romans 3:25 read:
ESV - whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins.
HCSB - God presented Him as a propitiation through faith in His blood, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His restraint God passed over the sins previously committed.
NASB - whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed.
NIV - God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished.
And if you think you have a licence to sin, you are in more trouble than you thought. So another one those.... if this is your dogma you are more trouble than I thought.
Actually it does. No, that's not what He said.
I cannot think why people seem not to care about living a life that is righteous in the sight of God.Ridiculous.
If your Father caught you stealing and forgave you would He tell you to "sin a little more but not too much"?
No.

Secondly, all you seem capable of is lying about others and taking scripture out of context.
Romans 8:38-39
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
In effect the pharisee represents everyone who think what you do or do not do has a bearing on where you spend eternity.
All a red x means is you disagree with a post.1. People have listened already.
2. They reject what YOU believe scripture is saying.
Like you do?Red X ing is all I can do when people refuse to listen and worse still reject scripture.
All a red x means is you disagree with a post.
Stop making such a big deal about it people!
If a red x is the only thing you'll 'hear' from somebody, then so be it.
I mean people who claim salvation must be earned or maintained is a trait of phariseeismWhat do you mean?
