You deem yourself to be weak enough to lose faith in Jesus Christ? It’s a good thing God’s gifts are irrevocable and that Jesus will lose none of whom the Father gives Him.

You have not recieved the gifts which come from persevering to the end.

Our good works to earn or maintain our salvation are filthy rags.

However, after receiving Salvation through Yeshua/Jesus Christ, we are created unto good works IN Christ Jesus...... which means we will desire to do good works BUT, NOT for salvation or maintaining salvation...the good works we do now are for the Kingdom of God...

preach the gospel, baptizing in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, telling others about God’s grace, forgiveness; healing the sick, defending the oppressed, feeding the hungry....

We’ll be judged for theses works before the Judgment Seat of Christ- the sheep on the right and the goats on the left.

There are rewards in Heaven for these good works BUT, these works are NOT earning or maintaining salvation.

Satan used Bible scriptures when he tried to tempt Yeshua/Jesus......:unsure:

Just because someone quotes Bible scriptures, doesn't make what they are saying true. It's important to rely on the Holy Spirit to teach you the scriptures, don't believe every pastor, priest, mentor, Bible teacher - check it out for yourself. Ask the Holy Spirit for Truth......

1 John 2:27 King James Version (KJV)
27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

When we search for God with all our heart, we will find Him and find Truth.

Believers are created in Christ Jesus unto good works but, our good works are for the Kingdom of God, NOT for salvation.

Salvation is a gift. We're NOT to boast as if our works saved us because they did NOT.

Ephesians 2:8-10 King James Version (KJV)
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Inheriting the kingdom of God IS salvation.

this is true, all false christian groups can use scripture as well. JWs do it all time

but dear friend and friends can someone explain to me why st.paul says some are teachers, some prophets when st.john says we dont need any man to teach us? its ironic because isnt that what st.john is doing in his letter, teaching people? lolz.

can someone tell this to me?

Thank God I am not your son....it would suck to be raised in a false religion and make no mistake....I disrespect your false gospel that has no foundation in scripture.....

Can't God use His goodness to lead us to repentance? Salvation as a Gift is The Goodness of God for all who will believe.

Romans 2:4 King James Version (KJV)
4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

limmuwd, it's wonderful news that God has saved us completely. Doing good works for the Kingdom of God is exciting and wonderful, too.

There's just no way God wants us saved and then depend on good works to keep us saved.
