It's not a matter of a person living how they want to, I mean I would have to imagine that even Christian want to live a certain way, as long as it is pleasing to the Lord. You gotta remember Ralph, we even as Christians are still going to be tempted, and we are still going to stumble in this new walk of life with Jesus, but that does not take our salvation away. Our salvation is eternal once we have attained it through confession and belief in the heart of Jesus Christ as our Savior. We ALL act in the flesh as Christians, and you can't say that you don't from time to time, because we ALL do.

it doesnt mean i have to gentle when i pull your fries out the fryer or burger off the grill

as long as your belly is full....

Easy answer, Ralph . . .

Is the person trusting/believing in Christ? If yes, they are saved - that is - they are a believer. If no, they are not saved (they are not a believer).

How they are living is not the determining cause of salvation.

true, but it is really a mute point, because we should not be judging who is saved, who is not, who's in, who's out, we do not know the heart, that is between the individual and God.

ralph kramden thinks he can judge, he is wrong, has been proven wrong many times over, hopefully one day he will drop this attitude.

It is only free if YTou work for it,. Fail to work, and you will have to give it back. If you fail to give it back, they will take it from you, then punish you seven times more.

Okay, looks like youre answering 'yes', a person CAN live anyway they want after trusting Christ and they will still be saved. You use the analogy that a chicken is still a chicken even if it doesn't lay any eggs to prove it. And yet so many are saying nobody here is saying that we can live anyway we want after getting saved. You are.

anyone with a new heart will only want to live for God

when they fall short
or act in the flesh
yeah they are still saved


if you still want to live a sinful life

id suggest to examine yourself

because that doesnt sound like a new heart to me

and thats what God examines...

not your works

My life will be the testimony of my faith, or the absence of faith, on Judgment day.

Those who have works of faith know they are ready to meet Christ when he returns. Their works bearing witness that they have the faith that justifies apart from works. Paul himself said that the faith that justifies is the faith that loves (obeys God's commands).

I'll put you down for a 'yes'. You are saying the believer CAN live any way he wants after he is saved and he is still saved. That is exactly what one is saying when they say God will just kill you if you live any way you want after being saved and you will still be saved. But I have been blasted over and over and over for saying that's what you people have been saying.

What you believe is called 'Freegrace' or 'Hypergrace' doctrine. It says works do not matter and that you can live anyway you want and God will just kill you if you don't live for him and you will remain saved. Most of you people believe this but then you'll turn right around and get angry and deny you're saying grace is a license to live in sin and still be saved.

I'm exposing the foolish duplicity of your doctrine.
 
You people would be better off just going back to traditional theology that says the person who doesn't live for God after being saved is not saved. At least that doctrine makes some sense and doesn't make grace a license to live in sin.
