No anger here, just calling certain people into accountability that are coddled little spiritual babies that need to grow up spiritually , be who they claim God says they are and stop the crying.

Paul did the same thing I am doing. I find it ironic that they use him to justify perversion and filth, but cannot see that he called for righteousness and imitating Christ more than he for called for perversion and filth.

Growing up spiritually is hard for many. It involves active participation, crucifying the flesh and its passions and it is hard, very hard. You also have to renew your mind to God's word and that means mediating and eating the word on the issue you are overcoming.

How many times did Jesus "Scold"(aka get mad with) his disciples,let's see,the time on the boat that the disciples thought a storm would kill them,when Peter asked him to stay instead of being crucified,when he overturned tables in the temple,when Mary his own mother(a follower too) asked him to help with her wedding party,when the disciples failed at exorcising demons from people,I think you get what I mean by now.
 
Okay let me ask you this since again I disagree and I am tired of talking about BS (LOL) ....did Jesus lust too even though he never acted on it?

We already know that anger is a sin, but since Jesus got angry, He did in fact have that sin. I'm sure He repented right afterward though. :)

Y'all only want to see the sinless, perfect side of Jesus. You don't like having to acknowledge that He had the same desires, thoughts and emotions like the rest of us humans. Difference is, HE DID NOT act upon those desires. WE DO...

I'm tired of talking about Boxing Shoes too,so glad we're "back on track" at the very least discussion isn't about pointing out flaws it's about "learning God's word".
 
Yes, since He was fully human, with human emotions and thoughts, He probably did feel lust. He just didn't act on it...

which leads to sinful works


He didnt have a carnal mind


also

being angry is not a sin

if you see a rapist cause harm to a child you should be angry


being jealous if your wife cheats on you isnt a sin


wanting justice because you see injustice is good



but when anyone other than God manifests this anger as wrath then its sin



i will stand firm in my belief Jesus did not sin....

which is why He was a worthy sacrifice

He was truely unspotted

hardsell, maybe Proverbs 19:11 for you? There are some things to go against with indignation, but you're going way past the limits on this and harping on something that could be let go.

Not by works

We are saved because Jesus chose us and we follow.
If the disciples had not been chosen, no gospel.
If the disciples had not followed, no gospel.
If we are sinners who do nothing, nothing has changed, so we are under judgement.

Most denominations debate which things one needs to believe and which things we need to do,
but they all agree we need to believe certain things and do certain things.

Has all this 2415 pages been because people claim we do nothing?
If so, every believer will always disagree, because Jesus said put into action His words, and actions
require doing, and not putting His words into action is death and destruction. Pretty simple really.

Paul said this
"Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life."
Gal 6:8

Sowing to me is a pretty active thing. I have never seen a passive sower before,
only a lazy idle good for nothing who is doomed to destruction.
 
Oh and Jesus thought about committing suicide, also. The bible says He was "tempted". He just didn't act on it. And He had no problem calling people vipers, wolves, pharisees, etc. And no problem telling Peter and Judas that they were liars, deniers and betrayers..

That all sounds like human emotion to me.. Hmmmmm

Human emotion that HE DID act upon, by the way.
 
How can you say on the one hand that Jesus never acted out His feelings when you have said on the other hand He got so angry He took a whip to those in the temple? Being angry is not a sin, by the way. Jesus was and is sinless.
 
Now if we were talking about Ballet Shoes there is something I can relate too.... and probably would not tire.

Yeah Jesus was sinless I think blue lady bug's talking about that he still "had the possibility of doing carnal things while in the flesh yet wholly God".
 
Then why did He say not to go to bed angry with someone? Why does He say that HE IS a jealous God? And why, at the end, could God not look upon Him if he was so sinless and unspotted? Because HE WAS SIN, simple and clear. He was spotted, and at the end, He became sin..

I said He never acted on feelings such as pride, envy, or any of that. He did indeed act on anger quite frequently..

no, no I didn't. And now I know definitely who you are. People tend to say the same things over and over.

So, you have unfinished business? Have you need to settle disputes? I don't think that will happen, imo.
