Never made any statement on how many years you have been a Christian, neither did I claim to know everything.

We cannot have sinless perfection while on earth,because we are in the flesh,and we are tempted,so there is a possibility we could sin.
Only when we are with Jesus,and put off the flesh,will we not have the ability to sin.
But a Spirit led life will not sin,because the person does not want sin,so by the Spirit they show the ways of the Spirit,and not the flesh.
It is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil,so we can choose the good.
It is not that we cannot abstain from sin,but we want to sin.
Which after we are saved,we might sin,but we are to let it go,and not hold unto it,and we can abstain from sin for as long as we allow the Spirit to lead us,but we are in the flesh so we have the possibility to sin.
But people want to make an excuse and act as if they can never abstain from sin,even for a day,but they cannot say that for we can receive the Spirit,and show the characteristics of the Spirit,and a person can abstain from sin as long as they want the Spirit to lead them.
We might sin 500 times a year,but that is only because of us wanting to sin,not that we could not of avoided it,for we could have avoided it,and that is the point.
I'm sorry honey for cheating on you with another woman for 3 hours,but I could not help it,as if the good to say no to fornication was not there.
Some people are not trying to avoid sin,but are willingly doing it,because they want to sin,and then say they cannot abstain from sin,but that is the point,they are not trying to beat the sin,but doing it on purpose,and then acting as if they cannot help it.

God tells us to obey Him.
I will believe Him.
The main difference is that i believe that God chastens those of His Kids who sin. Whereas some believe God throws them away with the trash and tosses them in hell.
However why argue that God expects you to obey Him?
Why argue that God has good works He has created you to do?
Why argue against God's laws?
It's like saying that the traffic laws are evil,,,,no God made moral laws to protect us and show us how to live godly lives.
It does Not save us or maintain our salvation, but is a part of following the Holy spirit and living godly lives for His glory.

The cost was Jesus death on the cross.
The obligation is to give glory to God with your life and be good ambassadors for our Father King.

I is confused, to me you say one thing then contradict it.
You say we can sin and if we do then we want to sin but we can't be sinless and then make excuses for it/
Everyone on this thread can I ask you the following.
Do you excuse your sin. Do you use grace to sin.
Matter seems to be saying so.

I guess it is like that old adage, "there are none so blind as those who will not see."
I had a street preacher say to me once in mean accusing voice that the gospel is "not a get out of jail free card."
That line of thinking is about wanting to burden other people because of the burdens they cling to, it is like them saying, "I have to work for my salvation, damn it, so will you!!!"
Carrying their cross adds meaning to their life, proudly believing they can contribute to their salvation.

Yes it cost God deeply, more than we can ever know, it does not cost us anything, we come only with our faith in the truth that He is able to redeem us by His work.

I am saying by the Spirit if we do not want sin,we can abstain from sin,but we are still in the flesh,so still have the possibility to sin.
