b. I believe that scripture teaches that God will spiritually revive Israel the nation.

a is correct, since Israel has fallen, everyone is uncircumcised in the eyes of God, so Jews and gentiles who believed in Paul's gospel of grace, after Israel has fallen, are saved thru the Body of Christ (Romans 11:11).

b is also correct, Israel the nation will have their sins forgiven when Christ returns for them (Romans 11:25-27). Israel includes the 12, OT saints like David, Samuel etc.

So we are saying the same thing, in different ways.

Romans 11:25-27
