So the split-second that you are not walking in the Spirit, God's salvation is no longer effectual, and you have either lost your salvation at that instant, or are heading towards the loss of your salvation either slowly or quickly but inevitably and inexorably? In other words, theoretically, you could gain and lose your salvation, regain and re-lose it a near infinite number of times? On again off again like a light switch? Or is salvation more like a bathtub where God has turned on the salvation faucet, and you have to do your best not to either by accident or on purpose pull the plug because if the water runs out you lose your salvation?
Because this indeed is a brand-new doctrine. I think you need to write a research paper and publish it for peer review.

Jackrosie, I know the OSAS doctrine. It is not found in scripture so those who believe it can only repeat the doctrine. One even quoted to me a verse and didn’t notice it was in the command form meaning we must DO something.
You know, just like my marriage, I believe I need to love someone (God) and cultivate that relationship (with Him it stands upon obedience) with all that the relationship calls for to be secure.
Let me ask, if I may, do you believe you are required to love God as He defines that to be in order to be his?
