- This is all part and parcel of believing in Jesus Christ. You cannot say you believe in Jesus (the Word) and still reject the Word.

Scripture tests our hearts. These scriptures clearly show the cleansing of Johns parents, their standing before God, the ministry of the baptism of John and the preaching of Jesus and His forgiving sins. I believe scripture, I believe Jesus, and therefore I agree with these statements. Knowing Jesus and His word is everything, from now into eternity.

Luke 3:3-4
He went into all the country around the Jordan, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.

Being cleansed is testified as the ministry of John, and Jesus.

They were both righteous in the sight of God, following all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blamelessly.

Ones theology can contradict Gods revelation. The test is do we change to accept Gods ways or insist we are right and scripture is wrong.

- He knows he is under judgement. He knows his destination is the lake of fire. He knows there is nothing he can do to change it. He is angry. He knows its God's clock and calendar. He knows the prophecy that HAS TO be fulfilled. He knows Gods words never return to Him void. He knows the he is the agent of end times desolation. But he consoles himself in the fact that he can try take as many of God's creation with him that he can. Because he hates God.

At the moment, there is nothing that God is bringing to my attention, in respect of conviction. Am I always sin free? No. None are. But am I presently actively participating in vice? No. So I can rest in this assurance I have in Him.
Are you presently in repetitive vices? If so, why have you not yet repented?

I would add to this, that he is most likely extremely angry that there is a plan of salvation for mankind alone, but not the angels. But this is mere supposition.

Just as there many people who claim they are "right with God", loving their neighbor as themselves, is "killing two birds with one stone!" Or, fulfilling both "Commandments" Jesus gave, by doing only one!
I'll tell ya this: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and all your soul, and all your mind, and all your strength? And, you'll have no problems doing the second.

Me myself? I have no problem "pushing" the keeping of sabbath. And, I have no problem, with those who don't promote a sabbath.
The "problem", is those that say I'm wrong, for wanting to. And wrong for encouraging those who wish to!
Even Paul stated: "Wanna keep a sabbath?" "Great!" "Wanna not keep a sabbath?" "Great!"
Jesus IS your sabbath? Great! As it "honors your father in Heaven!"
Wanna keep "in essence" two sabbaths? By the keeping of the one "in Christ?" And the keeping of another TO our Father in heaven in/ex/clusively?
Contrary to "popular" OPINIONS? It is NOT trying in the "getting into the sheep pen via another way!"
It IS however, moving BEYOND the "principle doctrines of Christ" towards "Spiritual maturity!"
As Jesus IS "the GOOD Shepherd?" He "guides", as well as protects from harm, Those "sheep" called by His Father's NAME! TOWARDS our Father in Heaven!
But, GOD FORBID, anyone "hearing our Father in Heavens' voice?" Start taking off towards He who "sent" Jesus of Nazareth? "Leaving the "herd" until the "last" day?"
And telling ones like myself, that "I'm the one who is not "hearing correctly?"
REALLY causes me to wonder "just WHO'S voice THEY are hearing!"

A problem I do have is with people that promote "PERMA-MILK/INSTA-GRAFT!"

I'd say, I'd "wait" for those who you say "know more."

I'm used to hearing works-salvationists quote Romans 6:16 in an effort to support salvation by works, but apparently, sinless perfectionists also use it in an effort to support sinless perfection.

Works-salvationists typically ignore "servants of obedience unto righteousness" in Romans 6:16 and simply stress "obedience unto righteousness" as if works of obedience which "follow saving faith in Christ" are "unto righteousness," works righteousness.

There is a contrast here between servants/slaves. There are only two kinds of servants/slaves in this world, in the spiritual sense; servants/slaves of sin unto death, or servants/slaves of obedience unto righteousness. When we place our faith exclusively in Jesus Christ for salvation/believe the gospel by trusting in His finished work of redemption as the all sufficient means of our salvation, we then become "servants of obedience unto righteousness."

Being slaves of sin is put in the past tense. Paul goes on in Romans 6:18 - "You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."

Notice in Romans 10:10 - For with the heart one believes unto righteousness..

Notice in Romans 4:5 - But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith (not works) is accounted for righteousness.

How a verse can be read two different ways
Rom 6:18 "You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."

External view, a believer has link to sin, external to them, broken, and is now linked to righteousness, external to them.

Internal view, a believer has sin that drives their behaviour which is removed, and their behaviour is now driven by righteousness.

Jesus puts this simply,

Matt 7: 24 Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

The spiritual reality is by doing this the internal view will always become clear. This is the path to life.

By falling away!
Through the "drifting away", by means of Apostasy!
....and "many" at that last day whom Jesus rejects!
By Blaspheming the Holy Spirit! Which is "unforgivable!"

Of course I study the Scriptures , how else would I come to the knowledge of Gods amazing truth...
I desire every morning when God opens my eyes , to make my coffee and sit at the feet of my LORD , turning my pages of His precious words as He gives me my daily bread...

So while I study and read Gods word , are you saying that is cultish? , goodness me , do you ever stop ripping people apart just because you do not fully trust Christ ?...Your jesus may slip you through his hand , but mine , Oh my , He is forever holding me in the palm of His hands , eternally secure forever and ever...
