Yet your the one who says god will or may not be able to keep his promise, and he may have to take back his ETERNAL life, or saved people he KNEW would rebel, and KNEW would fall away forcing him to take back his GIFT.

dont deny the plain statement of God's Word -- "My sheep follow me." There are no exceptions allowed.

these are all present-tense statements. "They are hearing My voice"; "they are following Me"; "I am giving eternal life"; those who are so doing "shall never perish."

There is absolutely nothing in this scripture, or anywhere else in the Bible, to give false confidence to any who are not now following the Lord, whatever their past might have been.

Nobody on this website is authorized to rewrite this passage to read, "They once heard My voice and followed Me, and I give unto them eternal life."

By no stretch of the imagination can these verses properly be supposed to give security to wandering, straying sheep, who go after the thief that comes to steal, kill, and destroy (v. 10).

Reduced to its simplest logic, this passage asserts: All who are secure are Christ's sheep; None who do not follow are Christ's sheep. Therefore, none who do not follow are secure.

Well thank god he does not offer false security,

He offers eternal life.

I still pray you take him up on that offer.

Have you ever studied john 6? It would help you greatly, (no, not th catholic view, but jesus view)

What did he offer to those who ate the bread he came to offer? And did he say they had to drink it over and over, because the drinks power died, and they needed to be refreshed?

Yes thanks for asking. The wife and I went Grocery shopping. We have fun when we are out. Grocery shopping is like going on a really expensive date for us. When we got home my wife and daughters went and got their nails done. I got to watch my grand kids; Nevaeh and Jesse. They are great. I normally play with them but not today, I nursed my back.

How about you?

BTW I am sorry I am just tired of the constant name calling, rudeness and deflecting. WE (including me) all have our moments. But it has gotten out of hand here. What is worse some even make excuses for their un-Christ like manner.

I had my day with my grandkids yesterday, they are so special, definately a gift from God.

Waiting for what? You got your answer, which os more than I got for my two questions. I will tell you one thing though, snd you will probably have to be in denial about it. Roughly 95% of people on the internet would attest to Christ being God, in the trinitarian churches it is roughly a 50/50 split, and you will not find many trinitarian ministers who will push it
So why is it so different on the internet? Because so many have made head theology their god, and when you do that, you are in big trouble
