Fran, cut the crap....your'e the one that posted some flippant definition of concupiscence that was wrong and everything I posted about the Catholic Church was true and their mode of practice.......YOU WILL never make the cut if you cannot be honest..........and that is one of the qualities you lack.....HONESTY and being honest with the truth

How can believers be in Father and Son? Through the Holy Spirit who dwells in them, there is no other way. just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us

So Father and Son are in each other through the Holy Spirit.

Believers can be as one, of one heart and one mind through the Spirit who dwells in them and leads them into truth. That is the only way believers can be as one.

And Jesus said:

that they may be one AS we are one – 23 I in them and you in me – so that they may be brought to complete unity

Unity of purpose/belief, of one heart and one mind through the Holy Spirit. The answer to both questions relates to the Holy Spirit.



The Holy Spirit fully resides in Christ, we get a portion of that Spirit.

Joh 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

I highlighted the word "I know them" because Jesus KNOWS the sheep. Now this proves sheep will always be sheep:

Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

There Jesus casts folks into hell and He NEVER knew them, not used to know them.

CANT REFUTE IT. Will you believe it? its irrefutable, this will never be touched. I will probably keep bringing this up OCCASIONALLY from now on.

one thing worse than no security is false security

i have already explained John 10:27.......lets do it again

John 10:27-28 (KJV)
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

notice: "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."

dont deny the plain statement of God's Word -- "My sheep follow me." There are no exceptions allowed.

these are all present-tense statements. "They are hearing My voice"; "they are following Me"; "I am giving eternal life"; those who are so doing "shall never perish."

There is absolutely nothing in this scripture, or anywhere else in the Bible, to give false confidence to any who are not now following the Lord, whatever their past might have been.

Nobody on this website is authorized to rewrite this passage to read, "They once heard My voice and followed Me, and I give unto them eternal life."

By no stretch of the imagination can these verses properly be supposed to give security to wandering, straying sheep, who go after the thief that comes to steal, kill, and destroy (v. 10).

Reduced to its simplest logic, this passage asserts: All who are secure are Christ's sheep; None who do not follow are Christ's sheep. Therefore, none who do not follow are secure.

I have no problem saying that JESUS is LORD, CHRIST and GOD.............Immanuel, the Son of MAN, the Savior of the world, King of Kings, LORD of Lords, the Great I am, Yeshua, and every other title afforded him in scripture.........The Good Shepherd, The Vine, The Son of David, The Living Bread that came down from Heaven

Jesus is LORD :)

Now if you, or posthuman, or anyone else had answered the questions earlier, we would have reached unity long before this wouldn't we. The Spirit of the Father is the Spirit of the son:
You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ Rom8:9

Gods spirit fully resides in His Son, and Christ has the title God.
Now please do not try and argue this anymore, for I will ignore it if you do, and put you on ignore if I must. If you were anywhere near an expert on this subject you would have answered those two simple questions yourself
