He used simple expressions to convey deep spiritual Truths when advising me how to Witness.

"You catch more flies with Honey than you do Vinegar."

"Keep it simple stupid, you were going clean over his head."

I am a scouser, born In Liverpool, left when me mum died, I was 4, she died when I was 2, she was 33 and left 4 of us girls , my elder sister was 13, next one was 10, next one was 7 then me...Long time ago...When I used to drink, my accent would come out, am proper English now lol...xox...

You now come at me with a kind of roughness about you, like you are shaking your head while wagging your finger, that kind of response is also un Godly, I learn nothing...

See how you imagine others behaviors, and what it boils down to is you falsely accusing others? And then you also name call by planting the "un Godly" thing on me.

Hi TruthTalk...I have read through your post above, and to be honest I had to come away and see if my emotions would subside, but unfortunately they have not which is why I have come back to say what I find...I know you do not agree with Peter, but you have thrown some serious accusations against him and as Ii read your post I could feel your rage and anger...Is it not right that we should talk to each other with a gentle spirit , the fruit of the Holy Spirit, I do not see any of that in your post...My hands are shaking as I type this because I hate confrontation, but if I do not say what needs to be said it will sit in me and that is not good...Can you not talk to Peter with the love of the Lord, it seems your anger is more about his dispute with D Con then anything, we need to walk with gentleness, be mindful, not saying un Godly things like you have in your post...Please understand that this is said to you from me with love, your post just seemed to be so unkind it hurt reading it...Lets speak of Gods Word in the light of the Lord and not through the flesh...In Jesus name I pray Amen...xox...

I'm sorry you feel the way you do. Mr Jens is teaching a false gospel a counterfeit christ. He insults everyone on this thread and continues to spread his false belief's. I was not angry when I posted nor am I angry now. I do believe what preacher4truth posted. You do not stand up for the rest of us here when Mr Jen's throws his insults around, why is that? The problem is not Mr. Jen's the problem is the counterfeit christ he puts on display here day after day, a pity you cannot see but many do.

You need to step back....if you reject the cross as sufficient, deny the imputed righteousness of Christ as a non working trick and state that faith into the assurance of Jesus is an idol = not saved, lost, no abilitiy to understand anything from the word.......which fully explains the gospel according to Peterjens.....a cafe blend that does not come close to what the bibke states.......!

This is the truth of your position. You put too much on Christ and too little on yourself.
You do not really believe in being broken before the cross and laying your sins and
burdens at the foot of the cross, I do. I know the unbelievable cost for Christ to walk
this path and it humbles me to tears every time it strikes home. For I was a lost sinner,
and He desired to call me to His glorious Kingdom.

Now He knew I would respond, but was that why He called and I responded, all I know
is I did. And each step was a deeper step into His fellowship.

Now He makes me loving, humble, pure and Holy, not by covering me, but by changing
me through everything He sends me to do.

And assurance in Christ is founded on all this reality and experience. I am not resting
in words or a theory, but in who He is and what He has done.

Now can anyone who sees and knows this truth walk away? If they are insane, or into
self persecution maybe, but not otherwise. Jesus asked His Father if there was another
way, but bowed to what had to be. So the price is always hard, but the alternative is
much worse.

If Christ had backed off we would not be here. In His sacrifice we now have life and a hope
a future and salvation.

Are we going to walk with her or not?

Those of us who feel we are spiritually mature should remember that once we were not.

Hi TruthTalk...So many of you are way ahead of me when it comes to the Word of God, to be honest with you I am still in basic needs, still going over the Gospels and really getting to know more of Jesus, so I dont at this point get involved with things that I do not understand, so it was not that I was sticking up for Peter or going against what you speak of our Lord, it was the things you said in the manner you said them then jumped at me, maybe the way you yourself spoke at the time...Ii did not see no leading him to the truth that you are speaking for, I just see you discussing him in a fleshly way and not in the way of the Holy Spirit...I do come in here to learn from both sides, and many little gems I have picked up from each believer and looked things up for myself...I don`t make a habit of coming in on post as I said I don`t know enough, but I am aware of how we should all be walking in the Holy Spirit, and on your post I did not see it...Your post come across more of a rant then a teaching...xox...

Well my friend, for you are not an enemy, unless you choose to be so.
I have known you for months, and each time you behave in a very particular way.
It means I have very little expectation that you will see the truth and love that is
shared.

And in truth, though people may claim to follow Jesus, if they do not walk in love, purity
and Holiness, who is their God? If you think I am wrong, which sin would you like me to approve
of and partake in to keep you happy?

Or how am I to say, I have victory in Christ while going my own way, when Paul describes
us as slaves to righteousness.

You are so deeply embedded in this denial you no longer see it.
Now if this insults you, then you are more lost that I realised, because the truth can never
be insulting, it us who are wrong and lost.

I remember a guy coming on cc and saying you need to let the Holy Spirit speak to you through
the word. Just for saying this people were condemning him, it was so weird.

It makes me wonder about the spiritual warfare that is going on all the time behind the scenes and
who picks which group or position. I have expressed some views which are easy to distort into
something else, but I used them to illustrate heresy and error some are walking in.

In truth, what is of the Lord and what is not, can be difficult to decide.
It takes time to wait for the fruit to show, which often is the teaching and the spirit in
which it is delivered. So if a group end up condemning most of the church and causing
anger and antagonism, it is probably just an excuse for some sinful behaviour and heretical
teaching.

If on the other hand it glorifies Christ, encourages people to walk in His ways, and find
spiritual reality in God and His word, then I will say amen, Praise the Lord.

So I will work with calvanists, armenians, RC believers, Pentecostals, Charismatics, Baptists
Methodists, Congregationalist, Anglicans, if they honour our Lord. So if you stand against
the core values, then I will not agree, for peace is not worth compromise. We are people
of the Kingdom not the world, I died to my old self to live to Him, not to throw it away, I
have lost the world, I have no intention of losing heaven as well.
