Alabama Voters will rue the day.........but, then, maybe not......because the ones that voted for him are pretty much cut from the same cloth he is. It is a sad day here in the Heart of Dixie for Christians, Conservatives, and Patriots.

Back in the day when preachers and pastors were the figure heads of Christianity this was much easier to follow. We expected a lot from our preachers and pastors. Nowadays though Christians have replaced preachers with secular [/FONT][FONT=Arimo, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]worldly[/FONT] politicians as the figure heads of Christianity and the ones they put all their hopes in. We don't expect as much from our politicians. This verse is going to get harder and harder for Christians to follow and they are going to end up supporting more and more morally dubious people as they keep putting all of their hopes in secular politicians to turn America Christian again.
Roy Moore was a flawed candidate from the start. If the Republican Party continue to field candidates like him, the Democrats will not only regain the house, they will have a veto proof majority in the senate.
Christians need to wake up. We need to put up candidates that not only meet our standards, but are electable. Roy Moore was never electable.

Third of all, you need to get off your high horse because Bill Clinton was elected president even though he was accused of sexual assault by 4 different women while he was still an attorney general, including a teenage girl who he allegedly raped.

I don't know whether he is a pedophile or not. I do know that he has no respect for the rule of law. His only call to fame was placing the Ten Commandments on state property in defiance of a SCOTUS ruling. He was removed from office, reelected, and removed again. I believe that THE SCOTUS ruling was wrong, but it is the law, and we are told by Christ to obey the law. In any case, he was not electable.
Anything that represents any religion on government property is unconstitutional

As Christians we should be better than them and we should expect more from our elected officials. We should support high quality people with good reputations. If we are going to have politicians represent Christianity and put them practically on the same level of pastors then we need to be careful that we do what Paul says, which is to not let even a hint of sexual immorality be among us.
I'm not a dem or a lib, I'm also not a big fan of President Trump. If you look at the demographic who voted for the dem candidate, you will find that it was LGBT rights, and women who are fed up with the status quo of the republican party's stance on women's rights, who voted for the democrat. Also the staunch demographic who almost always vote republican, married women, voted for the democratic candidate. Wake up. If conservatives want to win, we need candidates who can reach more than the conservative base.

Last time I checked,Moore was not found guilty in a court of law of any misdeeds. So your designation of him as a pedophile is a false accusation until proven otherwise. But its rather odd that this man,at his age,never had an accusation against him until this election. And that he had no time to clear his name,the same thing that happened to Herman Cain,where are his accusers? America is going to regret the path they are now taking. If a person is guilty then they need to be held to account by the law. Throwing out accusations and obliterating a persons life and career without being found guilty in a court of law is beyond ridiculous.
Demographic according to who? Demographics can and are often easily be tailored to show a desired result.
The FACT is that if Moore was not carrying these sex assault charges he would have easily gotten the 1.6% he would have needed to win!

Not Quite. Religious displays are allowed as long as other religions are allowed to display their equivalent display. For instance, the Ten Commandments are the basis of Christian law. If they are displayed in a government courthouse, all other religions including Atheists, must be allowed to display the basis of their law at the same location.

If a conservative woman voted for a Democrat because "womans rights" she's fooling herself. No one is more hypocritical of womans rights than Democrats.
I've read where some have said that Moore was just not a good candidate and that he didn't run a good campaign. I don't live in Alabama so I wasn't following how the race was impacting the state, or what the residents thought of Moore personally. I was only following it inasmuch as it relates to the whole #metoo fiasco.
So while it's plausible to say that the sexual misconduct & assault allegations alone brought him down, it might also be too simplistic of an explanation for why that election turned out the way it did.
