Once again, it does not mean the same to them that it does those who follow the bible. Ask a Muslim if He is God in the flesh, sent to die for our sins, who will reign over the earth forever and will be worshiped by every nation and every tongue.

I actually wish you would, just so youd stop making that argument.

The spirit behind islam is not the holy spirit. If a muslim believes Christ is who he said he was in the NT, they will bear the fruit of abandoning islam and the spirit behind it.

I'm sure God loves many muslims the same as he loves us, however Islam does not = following Christ. It is disingenuous to say so and it speaks for so many muslims. In my encounters, muslims do not think it necessary for Allah to come to earth or send his son/himself to earth. Their god is aloof; their god is not relational or seeking to draw us into his heart. It can't be said of their god that 'God is Love'.

Islam is satanic and at odds with Christianity,period. A true Christian understands this.

Then your friend is not a Muslim, but a heretic and he would be put to death in a Muslim nation.

I cant remember the word for it : / But the worst thing a person can do in Islam, the unforgivable sin, is to put someone on equal level with allah. They claim that that is what we are doing as Christians, since they do not understand Gods word. They deny Christ as nothing more than a good prophet, and believe when their Mahdi comes, Christ will come to help him, tell us He was not the son of God and He did not die for our sins.

You need to study up on Islam if you believe they believe He is the son of God who died for our sins. Their doctrines literally say that the Jews believed He died on the cross "because allah made the man on the cross look like Him", and that no one can take the burden of another. (sins)

Its the entire reason Muslims try to convince the world the bible has been corrupted, by that pesky Paul.

They know the bible contradicts everything Muhammad taught. So do they question Muhammad? No. He could never be wrong or mislead. They instead accuse Paul and all the Jews of changing everything.

If you ask them about the quran then possibly being corrupted as well, they will tell you its impossible, that allah will protect his word. If you then bring up that he didnt protect the bible they will tell you its because Paul and the Jews. But the quran can never be changed. I have not got one of them to put 2+2 together and see how this makes no sense yet : p
 
Found this verse just now, I think its REALLY important for the people here to read it-

Quran 5:75 "Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers who passed away before him"

Muhammad literally claims Christ was just a prophet, and this is why Muslims are constantly trying to prove that Christ never claimed He was more than Muhammad claimed He was, and why they call the bible corrupt.

I do not know of any country which adheres to the Koran and denies its teachings re Issa the Messiah. My Shiia friend certainly does not think it is apostasy.
 
They call Jesus the Messiah. They also claim He was nothing more than a prophet (like the quran verse I just posted for you), the reason is because Messiah to them is not what it meant to the prophets of Israel. Muhammad is the final word of god to them, therefore to them it is whatever Muhammad tells them it is. And Muhammad told them He was nothing more than a prophet.

Even though Muslims believe Muhammad comes from those same prophets, they do NOT look at what the prophets had to say, and listen exclusively to Muhammad. And when they find out that he contradicted them, they claim "well then the bible was corrupt. Muhammad is the messenger of allah and he cant be wrong". This is how Islam functions.

God, Himself, refers to disbelieving Jews as children of Satan, in scripture.

Why would you care about another person's opinion on the matter...?
