this is a thread about the security/insecurity of salvation.

Why would we remove baptism in regards to salvation when Jesus words said it ?
“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
John 8:31-32 KJV
Also there were a bunch of actual biblical statements of security in those scriptures I quoted

Seems like baptism offers some security I’m still not clear why we remove it it holds his promise made with his word …..

baptism is about Christ and what he did for us lol that’s why it’s in his name based on belief of what he did for us . Why did the apostles teach Christian’s about baptism ? And say all those deep spiritual things about it ? Consider what they are teaching about baptism for a moment brother then you can see it’s place in the doctrine it’s not about condemning anyone it’s a gift directly from Christ Jesus and his own words and written in his own blood
it’s not like baptism is a “work of the law “ it’s clearly christian doctrine and has real meaning and purpose to God
the reason we know this is acknowledging what they teach about it as with any subject . If someone asks how to be saved and someone quotes this

it doesn’t say anything about them being condemned because they weren’t baptized .
if you noticed they didn’t believe they were always accusing and conspiring against Jesus . baptism wouldn’t have meant a thing to them , they rejected Jesus .

to a non believer baptism is stupid and meaningless , just getting wet for no reason …. it’s for a believer of the gospel mostly they ( Pharisees and scribes )weren’t …..

That’s mostly what they were like towards Jesus baptism wouldn’t have been a thing that helped
Baptism is about remission of sins not about condemning anyone.
But to be clear baptism is important doctrine for a believer . It’s just that no one ever really talks about what the Bible says it means to us …. That’s when baptism means something by faith when we hear what it’s for and means
trying to tell someone “if you don’t get baptized in Jesus name , God won’t accept you “ might work . But the way to pursuade someone regarding baptism is to discuss what the word says it means there’s a lot of great things in there about it but never is it a reason to condemn anyone
It’s an act of faith when we hear about it in truth.

You may think I'm preoccupied, maybe because I don't jump around on the dance floor I try to say focesed on the most important thing, BEING HEAVEN BOUND.
According to man there is many was to be reborn, just say this prayer, saved by faith or grace alone, being baptized is for show, when they do keep JESUS name out of it, Paul preached a different message, you can be saved on your death bed, the list goes on. None of which is bible. MAKES ME SAD.
GOD is not the author of confusion and there sure is alot of it going on.
Believe, repent, get baptized in JESUS name to get rid of sins and need JESUS to fill us with himself the Holy Ghost. John 3:5, Acts 2:38
We need to follow JESUS and HIS disciples lead.

Ignorance is a terrible state to remain within. If you have doubts about the foundations of what I said, then please do state them. Gentiles were called dogs by Jesus Himself. What more can be said about that until you all were grafted into Christ because of our fall? It's got nothing to do with the heart. Cold, hard facts are what they are.

Yes. Paul talked about that, as you likely know. Israel will be restored after the Second Coming of Christ. The ten Virgins and other parables Jesus spoke about have nothing whatsoever to do with Gentiles in general, and yet false teachers of about every stripe of Protestantism and Evangelicalism continue to parrot the same old pig slop of replacement theology trash, thus showing their abject ignorance.
