Hi all.. I like what a great man of GOD gone home along time ago would always say "Hi my bothers.. and sisters.. woot.

Hi all.. I like what a great man of GOD gone home along time ago would always say "Hi my bothers.. and sisters.. woot.
As for salvation.. Seems I am not in charge of it am I? And just thinking about it.. its only man that has told us you can lose it. Its man that said once saved always saved.
Three key things about the topic of this thread:
So, given these conclusions, I will list some supporting premises:
- Salvation is a gift, not a reward lest any man should boast.
- True salvation leads to lasting transformation, not stasis.
- God's grace is both sufficient and sanctifying, not weak and lacking in results.
Those who claim salvation can be lost and you still have yours, can you show to us your moral perfection?
- Falsehood: Some believe that if a Christian sins too much or commits certain sins, they automatically lose salvation.
- Biblical Response: While sin is serious, salvation is not earned by works or kept by moral perfection (Ephesians 2:8–9). God's grace covers sin, and repentance restores fellowship (1 John 1:9), not salvation itself.
Those who claim potential loss of salvation, who have you ever known who had lost theirs, and how did you or they ever prove it?
- Falsehood: One major sin (e.g., falling into temptation or doubt) causes eternal separation from God.
- Biblical Response: God's grace is sufficient and enduring. King David, Peter, and others failed severely but were not ever told of rejection for salvation (Psalm 51, John 21:15–19).
If works of perseverance were required to retain salvation, then earning it would also be on the same basis...works. Paul made it clear that simply is not possible under the Gospel of Grace.
- Falsehood: People think they must maintain salvation through constant good works or religious performance.
- Biblical Response: Salvation is by grace through faith, not by works (Titus 3:5, Galatians 3:3). Obedience is fruit of salvation, not a requirement to retain it.
2 Timothy 2:13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
- Falsehood: All backsliders are considered unsaved.
- Biblical Response: While backsliding is spiritually dangerous and may lead to judgment or discipline (Hebrews 12:6), it does not necessarily indicate loss of salvation. God is faithful to complete the work He started (Philippians 1:6).
For the Lord to allow loss of salvation, that would be a matter of self-induced failure failure on HIs own part to remain faithful, and such would be a denial of Himself. So you see, the belief for loss of salvation is itself dangerous and of the devil who is the father of lies. Charismaticism, some Baptist groupings and Roman Catholicism in general seem to be the prime crowds from which this false doctrine resides and originates. That doesn't mean that all charismatics, Baptists and Roman Catholics are of this stripe, but Roman Catholics tend to remain faithful attendees out of fear of what they call the moral, or mortal, sin they are taught that allegedly nullifies their salvation (depending on what their parish priest has been teaching them here in the West).
Here's an oldie, but a goodie:
- Falsehood: Eternal security means you can sin freely with no consequences.
- Biblical Response: Genuine faith produces fruit and a transformed life (James 2:14–26). Persistent, unrepentant sin may indicate someone was never truly saved (1 John 2:19), or that they will smell like they were bought at a fire sale.
This is THE most popular garbage philosophy/accusation spewed with acid, always at the exclusion of all scripture that negates this nonsense.
1 Corinthians 3:15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
This should cause even greater praise among those who have been living in fear of salvation loss.

Would you please make that into a somewhat shorter statement so we can have something specific to respond to?
We can not lose our salvation ... but we sure can lose our perspective.
Thank you...
I narrowed it all down to bullet points. Which ones are not understandable? Can you quote the item(s) that is needing narrowed down? How do we get it any more narrow, or synopsized, than bullet points?

You are functioning on a different level from those who might wish to hold a discussion, rather than taking dictation.
Israel has one thing special, killing, and all blood spilled guilty for them...
Matthew 21:35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.
36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.
37 But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.
38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.
Matthew 23:31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
Salvation is of Jesus Christ, we read above who Israel killed, the prophets and last of all the Son of God, here below is the foundation that Israel built through their killings, which is Gods way to save the meek ( who Israel condemns and kills) and judge the wicked. ( Israel who is guilty of all righteous blood shed.)
Ephesians 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
So, seeing as you guys cant seem to speak about salvation, and the loss of it, here are more verses for what salvation is first.
Jesus Christ is the salvation of God, Israel/the Jews have a very big problem with accepting that. ( all flesh has seen the salvation of God.)
That salvation of God was sent to the Gentiles, they heard it.
Belief is unto righteousness, confession is unto salvation. ( the antichrist denies Christ has come with power in the flesh/made after the power of an endless life/power of His resurrection.)
Afflictions are for salvation, effectual in endurance, and not terrified by all adversaries, they receive perdition, to the ones persecuted by them, salvation, of God.
The holy scriptures are able to make us wise to salvation, it is not wise to exclude any that lead to salvation. ( the grace of God brigs salvation/has appeared to all men, to confess or deny now.)
We cant escape the judgement of God if awe neglect this great salvation.
Whoever bears thorns ( iniquity/sins) is due to be burned, to the beloved they do better, things that accompany salvation. ( no fear of God means no fear to lose salvation.)
Christ appears the second time to those who look for Him, which is those without sin. ( things that accompany salvation.)
The trial of our faith is with fire, it has to be found with praise and honour and glory at the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, to receive the end of our faith, even the salvation of our souls.
All diligence is written to us about the common salvation, to exhort us that we should earnestly contend for the faith once delivered unto the saints. ( to avoid the men crept in unawares, that deny the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. ...
Luke 2:30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
Luke 3:6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.
Acts 28:28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
2 Corinthians 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
Philippians 1:28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.
2 Timothy 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Hebrews 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Hebrews 6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Hebrews who were comfortable and saved, were afterwards destroyed.
Angels who rebelled left in chains until judgement day.
Sodom and Gomorrah the same, all set forth as examples, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Can you lose your salvation, high position ? Either we contend for the salvation by believing the exhortation, or we be just as exalted as everyone else who falls.
Jude 1:5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
amen
He bought the whole field - it cannot be stolen
Acts 20:28the church of God, which He purchased with His own blood.
That is a hard one for many....His own blood was shed, which was not mere physical blood.
Blood was synonymous with the term "death" in those days.
Question:
When did Jesus declare? "It is Finished!"
After he bled to death physically?
He was not dead physically when he declared that the atonement was completed.
There is much more to it than the symbolism (shadows) of the Law.
That is a hard one for many....
He was STILL ALIVE when He said, " It is finished!"
Amen Brother. At about three o'clock Jesus screamed with a loud voice and kept on saying, "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?" which means, "My God, My God, why have You rejected/forsaken Me?" Matthew 27:46
The insight is to be found when he kept screaming out ..."Mt God, My God, why have you forsaken me?"
Jesus was in unspeakable agony.
Because of our sins, He was being forsaken by God the Father, and Holy Spirit. (My God, My God)
Yet? His own Deity remained inside of Him. But remained grieved and quenched from within.
What was taking place was the sins of the world being poured upon his body.
As a lamb was sacrificed physically in the Temple?
So was He on the Cross.
Being cut off spiritually was like having his throat slit and bled on the alter.
As our sins continued to be poured, his humanity kept bleeding out his spiritual connection with the Godhead.
He was... "forsaken by God!"
To the perfect, loving Son?
His agony was unspeakable!

Amen Brother.
He SPIRITUALLY died for us. He was our substitute.
ALL sin was paid for When He said," It is finished!"
Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Correction: That was spoken to Israel at that time, addressing a future time under the Kingdom Gospel and in the tribulation to come, not Gentiles under the Gospel of Grace in this dispensation. Israel did not have the promise of being sealed by Holy Spirit for their salvation under the Kingdom Gospel. As you can see in that verse, precision of language that you missed entirely is vastly important. You totally missed it that Jesus spoke of their salvation as future when He said, "...SHALL be saved," on the basis of endurance, which is a work of self-effort.
In other words, they were not saved in the moment as we are, but would/will be saved in the future IF they endure under the Kingdom Gospel once this dispensation of grace has come to an end with the beginning of the tribulation to start soon after.
