So, let me make sure I understand your question, is it:

In Matthew 9:27-29, what was Jesus warning two blind men that He had healed, to avoid when Jesus said, “See that no man know it.”?

Is that your question?
Yes, what was he warning them to avoid doing.

Matthew 9:27-31

When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying, “Son of David, have mercy on us!”

And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.”

Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.” And their eyes were opened.

And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, “See no one knows .” But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that country.

In Matthew 9:27-29, what was Jesus warning two blind men that He had healed, to avoid when Jesus said, “See that no man know it.”?

Is that your question?

Yes, what was he (Jesus) warning them to avoid doing.

Also, it would be good to show how what He was warning was consistent with the fellowship of the apostles.

Can the answer to your question be found word for word in a Bible verse or is the answer to your question an interpretation of scripture?

Is the answer to your question:

Just like Jesus told His 12 disciples in Matthew 10, the healed blind men were to only go to the lost sheep of Israel…

Matthew 10:5-6

These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Yes, my understanding of that word is that it does not refer to word of mouth but rather more to publishing, some translate it that they "blazed it abroad" and so the warning was they would become unequally yoked with unbelievers in pushing that message out, publishing their books, etc. So yes, "do not go into the way of the Gentiles". Do not use the way of the world in your ministry.

What was the name of the forbidden fruit that Eve ate?
If you are looking for an educated guess I would say fig, or at least that tree was right next to a fig tree where they got the leaves to cover their nakedness.

When Jesus refers to the Fig tree generation I think it is a reference to a nation built on the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We frequently see that as a reference to Israel, but their national symbol is not a fig tree, it is an olive tree. I think it still applies because we are told specifically that when the Jews do return to the land that they will not be saved, they will be sinful.

However, I think the more fitting reference to the Fig tree would be the UN being formed in 1945. "This generation" refers to a time frame that begins when this Fig tree puts forth leaves, that is their works. One of the very first works of the UN is to give Israel to the Jews as a nation. So that is why the prophecy does work very well with 1948, Israel is not the Fig tree, they are one of the first leaves put forth from this fig tree.

Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Acacia is a hardwood, known for its durability and versatility in products like furniture, flooring, and butcher blocks. It originates from trees in the Acacia genus and is valued for its strength, attractive grain patterns, and relative scratch resistance.

  • Durability:
Acacia is a strong and long-lasting wood that resists scratches and decay, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor furniture.

  • Appearance:
It has rich, golden to reddish-brown tones and can feature striking grain patterns that range from straight to wavy.

    • Sustainability:
The wood is often considered a sustainable choice because acacia trees are fast-growing and abundant in many parts of the world.
    • Uses:
Its durability and beauty make it a popular choice for flooring, furniture, countertops, and decorative objects.
Acacia seeds are edible and can be ground into flour that is high in protein.

Exodus, 40, hmmm..... Representing a fullness of time?
or testing and trial

Yes, 40 most often means test or trial.

There are a lot of “40” in Exodus…

Moses was 40 yrs old when he fled from Egypt to the wilderness, only to return 40 years later at the age of 80 to tell Pharoh God said, “Let My people go!”

Then, due to unbelief, Israel has to stay in the wilderness for 40 years.

Perhaps 40 means more that the test is “over/finished.”

Your turn @ZNP to ask a Bible Trivia question….

maybe something that has an easy straightforward Bible Verse answer… so we don’t have to try to interpret the answer…(y)

Jesus and the blind men was probably a bit too hard.
