Unintentionally, the Jewish leadership of Jesus’ time made statements that were meant to be derogatory, and yet these very statements contain deep insights in the plan of salvation and Jesus’ life and ministry. According to (Luke 15:2) the Pharisees and the scribes began to grumble, saying, “This man receives sinners and eats with them.” But this negative statement contains very good news. Because of what Jesus has done sinners like us have a chance.
In (John 11:50) Caiaphas, the high priest, exclaimed at a council of the leadership in Jerusalem: “It is expedient for you that one man die for the people, and that the whole nation not perish.” John goes on to explain the irony of the situation in the next two verses.
There are strange sayings of Jesus. In the parable of the workers in the vineyard, those who have started working last receive their wages first. And those who have worked for one hour receive the same amount as do those who have worked twelve hours. “The last will be first and the first last” (Matt 20:16). “Blessed are you poor . . .” (Luke 6:20). “For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel’s will save it.” (Mark 8:35). Jesus’ life and fate is ironic. As the Messiah, the king of peace, who lived to serve and save others he is crucified. The crucifixion of the Savior is an irony.
When Jesus just comes back from the dead and He must have been pumped to tell the boy's as it were the good news of completing God's plan, when He calmly stands at the shore line and asks them as they were fishing how the fishing is going, and the men don't yet recognize Him. That is ironic indeed!

I would think of all things... calling God a man, that offends God to no end. We walk or understand God not by walking by sight after the temporal what the eyes see but do understand Him according to that not seen the eternal.
Giving Him form takes away his identity, as the unseen things of God and gives them to the things seen, the things of men.
Satan is the first to perform identity theft... in effect stealing God social security number, or calling card in the garden of Eden.
God is eternal Spirit and not a man as us. (Supernatural... without beginning). God does have natures he creates them out of nothing. God could never be a man. He remains without form, without mother or father. He has no beginning of Spirit life....or end thereof.
Making God into a creature that has form is how the father of lies who also has no form first offended God again in the garden Eve causing the fall and corruption. His motive of operation, bringing his lying thoughts and placing them in respect to the creature, as the things of men seen, has not changed .
Making the things of God not seen no form, into the things of men as that seen is still his method of operation. A clear distinction must be made between the things of God and those of men
Just like with Peter when he blasphemed the Son of man. It forgivable when the Son of man was still here.
The moment he left this earth that possibility to forgive any man of blasphemy of the Son of man, as seen, also ended.
From my experience with Catholic they simply cannot believe that Peter did blaspheme God, not seen in respect the Son of man seen .
