Thank you for clarifying all that for me :) I did not know there was such a thing as intentional homicide (unlike pre-mediated murder), nor that was what he had been charged with. Pre-meditated murder and second degree manslaughter (the unintentional killing of another) and of course self defense I am aware of as charges, and would have thought a trial would be necessary to determine if it was self defense by bringing all into the public realm for official scrutiny. Well, scuzzy applied to the prosecution still works ;) I thought the judge a bit too lenient with his criticisms of the prosecutor's shifty shenanigans.

So, they aren't happy about the outcome of Kyle's case and marched in protest today.
Interesting......
now all of a sudden it's okay for a 16 year old girl to be carrying a gun (while marching with her father providing "armed security")

This is a new low, even for a Democrat! Comparing the tragedy of mowing down innocent people (including children) at a Christmas parade to the Rittenhouse verdict and sarcastically calling it 'self defense' is asinine and despicable! :mad:

However news is out that Kyle said that he supports BLM in his Fox News interview...
Let's see if Jesse will come out and say anything else that's completely wrong now.

Let's get real here. Kyle is white, shot three other white guys while defending himself and a minority owned business. Brought the case before a liberal judge (Democrat) and this whole thing is somehow racist?

As moronic as saying that Christmas parades are white supremacists demonstrating as a zionist anti-moslem protest.

Yeah, this is the craziest thing I have ever seen.

They have also owned up to the fact that the first guy he shot wasn't there protesting with the BLM. He was actually against them and using the N word and all. Now you have black people walking around protesting holding his photo and asking for justice for him. o_O

The media have completely overplayed the race card in this case and it is becoming evident to most people now.

Yep, apparently and here is one of them somewhat admitting it on NBC of all places.

This is NBC news stating exactly what Rosenbaum was doing there that night.

Watch from about 2:38 they explain that before the shooting he was using racial slurs against the BLM crowd.

Yet the full panel just glosses over it and goes on to continue spreading their stupid lies and divisiveness.

What I found interesting is they said around 5 minutes in that there will not be any progress on election reform or police reform without activism.

There is a whole range of things that can be considered "activism" including get out the vote drives, campaigning, peaceful rallies, election audits, etc. Yet they are portraying that the riot that we saw in Kenosha as necessary to get "election reform" and "police reform" and people defending their business and themselves threatens these riots. It is astonishing the way the language can be twisted so that good is evil and evil is good.

Now consider the hypocrisy in arguing for the defense of the riots in Kenosha by making it illegal to defend yourself when attacked by a mob with their outrage at the Jan 6th "riot" in which there was no rioting, violence, no dumpster fires, and the only person killed was an unarmed woman who was not threatening anyone.

The only piece of good news is that the prosecutor who violated Kyle's rights so often and was guilty of so much prosecutorial misconduct is now going to prosecute the guy who killed 5 and injured 40 people...many of whom were children in the Christmas parade on Sunday...

And if he screws this one up...I think that he just might need to find himself a new country to live in. This one won't have room for him anymore.
