Thank you for clarifying all that for me I did not know there was such a thing as intentional homicide (unlike pre-mediated murder), nor that was what he had been charged with. Pre-meditated murder and second degree manslaughter (the unintentional killing of another) and of course self defense I am aware of as charges, and would have thought a trial would be necessary to determine if it was self defense by bringing all into the public realm for official scrutiny. Well, scuzzy applied to the prosecution still works I thought the judge a bit too lenient with his criticisms of the prosecutor's shifty shenanigans.
