God obviously believes they are His Jews and they will survive no matter if the rest of world hates them and wishes to annihilate them - it simply won't happen because that is what He said will be so.

I agree, but not that the covenant is still in effect. There's a believing remnant among every people. There's no reason for God to prohibit believing Jews from participating in the blessings he promised to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He's not like that.
