So we can't give Truman a trial as he's already dead. We can't know for sure or beyond a reasonable doubt that Truman ordered the nuclear attacks. Got it. We will agree to disagree on this, but I am curious... If someone watches who appears to be his brother murdering his wife, and the murderer runs away, kills himself, and his body is discovered a year later, and they never have a trial, would you object to the husband calling his dead brother a murderer?
The brother never had his day in court. Maybe he THOUGHT the guy was his brother but it was just someone that looked like him and coincidentally that same brother was missing and found dead. I'm assuming you would object?
