Hello- Is there a way to enter the chat room without the app? I cannot get the App to install in Windows 10. If I pay the annual fee does the App install?

No you can't enter the chat room without the app. There is currently a glitch in the system and Robo is working on it. And no, if you donate, the app won't install. Donating has nothing to do with that.

The chat room peeps tend to ignore newbies anyway. And they can be rude and quick to ban people. You're better off in the forums. :)

I went in the chat rooms on my phone and everyone acted wonderful to me. I just can't afford the data usage so I am limited to Windows.

Do you know if there is an anticipated time on getting the certificate for the App?

I installed Adobe Air and then tried downloading the App once again and I get an error. I can't even download it now. Thanks for the idea though. According to RoboOp the certificate for it has expired and he is waiting on it to get approved.
