What utter bilge!
The Gospel being preached without signs, wonders and miracles is "faith without works" which is a "dead" faith! James 2v26.
To not seek after love and spiritual gifts is a complete rejection of the commandment of the Lord! 1Cor 14v1,37.
The gifts of the Holy Spirit have always been fully available to to the church. They did not cease with the introduction of the grace gospel. Paul preached the dispensation of grace, God not only did miracles and manifested the gifts of the Holy Spirit through Paul but Paul exhorted us that we should seek these also.
If we preach pardon for sin at the cross only and not deliverance from evil and healing then pardon is what the Holy Spirit will demonstrate. If we do preach deliverance and healing then the Holy Spirit will demonstrate those things as well.
Well cannot agree. Because God has given me so many miracles and signs I cannot begin to tell you. But everyone sees things differently . I was held hostage by an ex with a gun. God gave me signs and caused him to fall alseep so we could escape.
A lot of people seeks signs because they are cut off from the Spirit to a large extent. If they truly knew the Spirit they'd have no need to conjure counterfeit signs and wonders; the Father and Son would dwell in them and they would be at peace.
For those with spiritual gifts here, you’ll learn things from experience as you wield that power. You may have noticed that sin, especially deliberate sin, grieves or troubles God’s Spirit and this dampens the power and efficacy of the gift for a bit. It depends on the frequency of the sin.
God is aroused to anger where sin abounds because God is perfectly righteous and this can’t be overstated. He’s literally scrutinizing your every thought, feeling, action and fully considering the motivations for why you do anything.
Sometimes confession alone restores potency of the gift, other times it restores after punishment; that can involve strange happenings in your life, the removal of blessings, or even being handed over to Satan for a season. Other times the Spiritual power restores when/if God feels like it should.
Individual results may vary.

yes, but due to covid no one is allowed to randomly go room to room and offer prayer.
the "Healer" is God and He is able to heal anyone of anything. if the receiver lacks faith that God can heal them, they will "never" be healed.So it's the one needing healed at fault and not that the healer has no ability to heal eh?
How about the lame man Peter healed in Acts 3? There was no discussion of Jesus or whether the man had faith or not. Peter just healed him.
True, sometimes a person's faith is said to have healed them or made them well; but not in every case.
