All of that fruit must be one fruit together; there is no one without the other, and is impossible without self control, which is clearly indicated in the production of such good fruit. Self-control involves, making every thought captive to the love that is in Christ Jesus, and not destroying the body through self-abuse. Sin against the body is a serious sin as your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. I pray that you will be liberated from this terribly self-destructive sin.
