Paul told us not to walk in sensuality.1) You are taking lewdness out of context. Just because you masturbate does not mean that you are characterized by lust and lechery.
2) I am honestly not sure where you got that passage translation. I have read over a dozen bibles and i have never seen the word "lewdness" be used.

It is basically saying don't be a slut (sorry for the language), not to abstain from masturbation. κοίταις "in sexual immorality" is the direct line from Rom 13:13. And Masturbation is not listed or named anywhere in the Bible as being sexually immoral.
Leviticus is pretty clear on it. If you have an emission, take a bath.
Why do people think you have to lust to masturbate? I mean, I know that's it sometimes but it's pretty easy to do without lusting. Your body just naturally reacts to touches and stuff... some parts are sensitive. Don't need to look at anything or imagine anything.... And your body naturally wants the release anyway eventually.
And yeah, a man can be erect and masturbate without lusting... usually when you wake up in the morning... through no fault of your own, you're hard... proof right there you don't need lust to be erect. A little friction and you can do it without thinking lustfully.
That said, I'm not saying it's right or wrong but that it IS possible to do without lusting... so I don't buy that argument against it... I'm not an advocate for it and I think everyone should follow their personal convictions. You yourself know why YOU are doing it. And so does God. To me personally though, it just doesn't feel right and I don't care for doing it regardless of the reason. But I can't say I have any biblical reason against it aside from the lust issue if that's how you're doing it.
