But he placed you there if you were tempted. He never has tempted me with evil. If so, He would violate His own word.

But he placed you there if you were tempted.
Paul says he is a slave of Christ. Does that fit you? That would make us robots. God wants us to love and serve Him not because we love Him and not because we have too.
Without a doubt.Paul says he is a slave of Christ. Does that fit you?
God works in us to will and to do of his good pleasure.Nope, I placed my own self in front of the temptation. God’s not controlling my every move, unfortunately.

I don't read long posts for obvious reasons. Put it in a few words and I'll answer back.I’m curious, what is your angle? It’s like you seem to agree with the Bible, but question the source. What demons do you face that you feel you have no power and authority over? All sin is in the flesh. It’s really that simple. We all have to choose which master we will serve, either God or flesh. Man is flesh and spirit. Which ever part you feed, grows stronger. If you CHOOSE to eat what you crave, drink what you crave and view what you crave, then you are feeding the flesh. The flesh is never satisfied. For chemical reasons that I could explain, the more excitement you get, the harder it is to reach again, so it causes a very serious addiction to pleasure. Surpassing the natural consumption of the basic programmed needs for survival (food especially glucose, sex and acceptance) we create an addiction feedback loop. Refined sugar, pornography and social media have perfectly fed these “needs” in abundance to the point where they control us (serving the flesh). God created the system for survival. In nature animals eat when they’re hungry, mate when the cues for reproduction are evident (smells) and belong in groups. This is why they stay on course with their God planned design. They kill to eat, not murder for greed. They mate for reproduction, not entertainment and don’t spend countless hours trying to get “likes” and followers on social media. They serve God by keeping nature balanced. When we take a dog and teach him right from wrong, he is eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The consequence is that he no longer fulfills his intended design. That’s what makes him gluttonous and attention starved. Subsequently he no longer feels the programming of his DNA to serve God, to help control weak populations of other animals. Instead if barks or runs after another animal he is reprimanded. This new programming causes guilt. Because from birth he was trained, he “was born into sin”. Because we are part of this society that teaches us to stockpile wealth, lust after every woman in a short skirt and have large groups of friends we too are born into sin. The programming of God is muted. When we starve the flesh long enough, it returns to baseline. The lack of guilt opens up a frequency atuned to the Holy Spirit where we can once again hear God, to serve Him. Renewing of the mind.
You don’t have to sin when you’re tempted. However most wont sin unless they’re tempted. It’s basically saying, “Lead my path around ways that may tempt me.” So if you struggle with an overactive libido, make sure the only job offer isn’t at a place highly populated with sexy people. Understand that languages when translated don’t always follow the same grammatical patterns as English. It doesn’t mean God was intentionally going to guide us through paths that trip us. It was just asking for His mercy to intentionally clear the path we are walking on.
God works in us to will and to do of his good pleasure.
He blinds people so they cannot see it.God can Be all powerful and choose not to display His power at the same time.
You are not considering how God judges sinners. Hardening the heart of Pharaoh made him sin more so God could demonstrate his power more effectively. Blinding the Jews so they could not understand the bible caused them to sin more leading to greater destruction.
they mean the same.Actually, Paul said He is a servant to Christ, big difference. Again, get a KJV to help in your understanding.
He blinds people so they cannot see it.
Jesus says the will is not free. But a slave of Satan.
Not according to scripture. What moron would resist God as Pharaoh did without a supernatural hardening by God?I would be careful with that. The Pharaohs heart was stone cold dead. God softens ours by giving us rest. Hardening the heart simply means God was not moved to give that kind of restful mercy seasoned with grace .
they mean the same.
Paul asks "who has resisted his will"?Yep, but sometimes we resist His will and walk after the flesh.
Paul was not forced?A slave is forced, a servant chooses to serve.
Paul asks "who has resisted his will"?
OT Law depended on free will. You turn the gospel into law and grace into works preaching free will to the Church.See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction. For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in his ways…then you will live and increase, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess. But if your heart turns away and you are not obedient, and if you are drawn away to bow down to other gods and worship them, I declare to you this day that you will certainly be destroyed…I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live…(Duet 30:15-19).
If a man is righteous and does what is lawful and right….he shall surely live, says the Lord GOD….The person who sins shall die….But if the wicked turn away from all their sins…they shall surely live; they shall not die. Esk 18
Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, says the Lord GOD, and not rather that they should turn from their ways and live?… Cast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed against me, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! Why will you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord GOD. Turn, then, and live. (Ezek. 18)
“O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river.”—Isaiah 48:18.
Choice!!!!
You experience God's plan for your life and it results in positive changes for a few. And destruction for most.Ok, that doesn’t mean nobody. It’s just a question. If everything I do is God’s will, what do I have to be accountable for? What’s going to be judged at the JSOC?
