These certain peppers being bred should have a Surgeon General's warning that consumption of said peppers pose a dangerous health risk. :)
yes definitely...they can cause your mouth to become an exploding volcano in seconds..🏔🗻🤣

it's an acid, in my experience water doesn't help, butterfat, ice cream, milk can help.
Used to be pretty strong of stomach, not so much in the autumn of life.

Great go an jump into the shallow water and take your time in choosing something..Ask them questions from the menu when you get there plus I am sure they must have a website..so have a good look round..come back and let us know how it all went..

😊😊😊
It was a bust....Should have tried it before because it looks like Covid 19 got it. It is now the Hungry Goat Cupcake shop...that didn't sound too appetizing so I got Mexican with a side of extra jalapenos ...lol

I still want to try it, though, so I'll be looking for the closest Indian restaurant.

A local business had some frozen Chicken Marsala entrees, they got me hooked, had a nice chunk of chicken in it and a wonderful sauce, I have a couple boxes that I want to try to see if they are the same taste.
I pitched the exteriors and have the bagged in the freezer, they didn't come with rice, but I think it was this brand

If you attempt to make them homemade let me know and I'll match you.

I'm not attempting to make it at home, but will gladly pay for it. Just wish I was exposed to Indian food sooner, it's so tasty, and many foods are vegetarian/vegan friendly.

Samosas and pakoras are my favorite!

Is there cumin in Indian dishes? Are there dishes that don't have it...?
I can't eat anything if it contains cumin, no matter the amount, if it contains the tiniest trace I'll smell it and can't eat. This has been ruining my Mexican food experience, looks like almost all add it into every single dish. To date, we've only ran into one Mexican food spot that doesn't seem to use cumin and the food was fantastic, too bad it's so far away.

I love Indian food, it's so good. Samosas, pakoras, nun (flat tortilla?), soup, and just about anything I tried is good.

What are some of your favorite Indian dishes or recommendations?

I love Indian food too.
I made this Dal makhani paired with homemade garlic and onion naan.

Looks good! How did it taste? What's your favorite?

As soon as more guys find out about Indian food, Indian woman will have to keep some mace in their purse, to keep hungry men away! haha

I'm pretty partial to the shahi paneer the restaurant near me serves. Before COVID they had this sweet buffet deal where I could fill up on all the pakora, paneer, saag, and murgh makhani I wanted! Ugh, I miss it so:cry:. Since I've had to order a la carte these days, I really like papri chaat and gajar ka halwa. I feel so healthy having carrots for dessert~:geek:. When I get tired of spending money I bake a crapton of veg pakoras and have besan ka cheela for breakfast or snack. Making paneer can be pretty labor intensive so I'd rather buy that though. lol

Am I to assume a "crapton" is an Indian unit of measure?

I agree, Indian food is good. I once considered marrying an Indian woman. Any Indian woman.

Is there a secret ingredient for Indian cooking in your experience? I am thinking usually turmeric and black pepper.
blessings
