I am type 2 diabetic , so I can eat some lovely indian food , but saying that I tend to go for chicken Korma , Pilau rice , sag aloe , tandoori chicken , and a naan bread...The cheese dish is called Paneer cheese , and it has spinach in it , and it is low carb...
I love Indian food...

Discovered Chicken Marsala and am really enjoying it, the combination of turmeric and black pepper is really healthy, let alone all the other ways Indian cooking uses herbs and spices.

It can go from mild to extreme...
The hottest one here in England I believe is Phaal , I do not know how people can eat it lol...

I like spicy food. So that is good to know. Also good to know that you can get it from mild to extreme...Even though I like spicy food, I might have to stay away from that Phaal...lol

Ohhh your missing out..you can choose the level of heat..from very mild,..medium..hot..very hot....and many of the meals are not super spicy..but very flavoursome...so I would highly recommend having a go..you might be pleasantly surprised.
Yeah, the way you guys are talking about it, it does seem like I am missing out.

I think we still have an Indian restaurant here in my town. If so, I am definitely going to try it.

Rice is always good with chicken. I once had an Indian chicken dish of some sort. It tasted good but was very spicy. Good rice though.

Exactly, I once bit into a habanero pepper and my entire insides were on fire. My wife always seems to need a little heat on most dishes. I don't mind if food is spicy but not to hot.
Looks like we need to have a fire engine hose ready filled with cool yoghurt just in case we are on fire..🔥🔥🔥..
Yes it's good to have a little heat on most dishes..😊😊
Not like having the meal as hot as the surface of the sun.☀️☀️🌕😂😂
