I don't know how to report this

and he's probably not even a Republican.
 
Who is this guy? It took me twenty minutes to figure out how to remove his friend request.

Reporting this would seen pointless. He broke no rules.
And reporting someone only sends a message to the mods informing them. It changes nothing by simply clicking a report button.
Putting someone on ignore should stop friend requests I believe.
 
The sheer number of PM's the user has sent in a short time is a red flag for us, but it's not against the rules. Until someone provides evidence that he has broken a rule such as soliciting funds there is no reason for us to take action against him.
