There was an urban myth that if you glugged on milk the day after it would fix the head. My theory was that the belly ache you got from downing so much moo juice at least took your mind off your sore head. Half a glass of wine and I go to sleep anyway, so not a problem I have to deal with, fortunately.

Flat white is my favourite. The coffee without all the froth that takes up so much of the cup or mug. My friend introduced me to a dirty chai. Not bad. It is a chai latte with a shot of coffee. At first you think what is this as the coffee and the chai seem to clash but another few sips and it tastes really good.

Well we have it a few places where I live. Found the best and cheapest is actually about 15 miles from where I live. I don't get it very often there. Gas prices a tad high for that.

You can buy it in various flavours prepacked at the supermarkets. It's big in Taiwan, which might be where it was first formulated.

For me it was like drinking fruit juice laden with very small balloons, through a straw. It was really weird. Sorry, I'm just being an unsophisticated peasant, I know!

A double shot is called a Filthy Chai. There's a name for a triple shot, but I can't remember what that is...'rot gut' would seem about right methinks.

The kind that you can buy pre-made is gross. The beads sit too long.

I always go for hot chocolate, cant go wrong with hot chocolate

Even when it goes cold, you can still drink it

Yeah my son has been drinking hot chocolate everyday for the last 3 months. Even when it's 90 degrees out.

I've been doing that! I did it when I got home tonight. I get it in k cups and it was bad hot today. And humid.

that would be really strong with two or three shots. Not sure I would like it but the one shot is quite nice.
 
Today was a fun day I went out to eat with my son. Today he turned 32 . We tried cajun crawdad it was actually pretty good.We were surprised at the big array of seafood at a china buffet . They had crab that had been steamed and covered with sea salt. I think we could live on seafood. Then went to a very large video game store. It has over 5000 dvd's and unsure how many games. Always find something. Wish it were closer to where we live though. After eating a big meal started to need a nap. Cannot complain though the trip is about an hr. one way great time to talk and enjoy the scenery .

Today was a little frustrating ,but gave it to God . I was supposed to start a new job soon . But when I had a phone interview found out they had fabricated about what they really needed. They wanted someone for 3rd shift instead of what they had put on the job description . I cannot seem to get my sleep if I try during the day. So back to the drawing board I suppose on job's.
I guess it is just as well my hands are still sore. I did workout with the weights and calisthenics . Yeah had to stop , could not do as much . Exercise is a great stress reliever for me.
Looking forward to tomorrow . I know God has something better for me, amen.

yeah another day another dollar, fifty cents after tax.
still waiting for me to change as i am supposed to change.
but Welcome to Ground Hog day.
