Strange...I thought so too... but not according to the KJV

In my esword copy of KJV it is behooved. In my old bible it is behoved.
Maybe this explains why sometimes I run a search in esword for a key word and I get nothing, though I KNOW the verse exists. >.>

I did double check myself, because I know mistakes can be made, and I do not trust myself to type things out perfectly correct, especially for the panels, so I always copy and paste the verses. I liked the word (behoove) itself which is why I went with the KJV... normally I use Berean Study Bible and sometimes NIV, but the word choice is important to me.

Won the oven which is an $80,000 4T4 Doyon deck oven, a three door reach in refrigerator, and a hood for the oven for a grand total of $57k.
The oven alone sells for $80,000 new. This one was used for 6months. Practically new...barely broke in.
The hood made to fit is a few thousand (9) and the reach in is worth about 10.
We did good...hauling it all is going to be another grand.

I saw your price tags and choked until I realized that it was commercial kitchen equipment.
Yeah...I get it. The stuff we were bidding on is the Cadillac/Lexus versions of the equipment. Now we are just under retail for the Nissan/Kia version of the similar product versions of similar new equipment...but we got the good stuff that performs better.
I can bake 16 full sized sheet pans at the same time with controlling top, bottom, and front heat at the same time. Also included is steam injection and venting of each deck.
The oven is programmable so I can have it warming up to preset levels before I come in each morning...(it needs an hour)
This isn't exactly a household oven. This bad boy is made to COOK!
But 16 sheet pans is only 160 danish...and I haven't even started on croissants or sausage wraps, English muffins, Cumberland pies, blueberry muffins or kolaches. (NM the rest)
I need a big oven. I'm planning on 500 customers a day during our grand opening.

There will be a glass window or pass through so they can watch me load and unload the oven.
Yeah... *sigh* They don't allow me on the cash register at my job. Probably for the same reason - they're afraid of what I might say to jerk customers.
Who does the customer interface? Wife? Kids?
None of the above. We are hiring cashiers and barristas. I get at least one helper. Probably two if we get the volume I'm predicting.
I wish you the best. When I opened my business I was terrified of falling flat on my face financially and that was with really no capital expenditure to start the business.
I have that fear myself. What if's run rampant in my head. I'm worried about everything.
I have over 30 years of experience in this. I can put food service places together in my sleep knowing the mechanics inside and out. I know the numbers of every foodservice place after walking through the door. It's not difficult to me. I know the industry backwards and forwards.
But this will be one I've put together completely from scratch this time...and people are counting on me to get it right. Lots of investment capital and people's jobs. My age is also a big worry...I'm not a spring chicken anymore. But I'm still going for it.

The food up here is great...
poor guy who lost his bakery had so many issues with his location...then the business was over-capitalized and debt heavy.
It's little wonder why he went under. He would have done so much better as a ghost bakery in the warehouse section a ¼ mile away with commercial accounts and beast grade equipment.
Obviously he was a knowledgeable baker...probably very good looking at the pictures. Lousy business man. He built a wonderful bakery in the wrong place without a customer base to service.
Novel idea on paper...but in practice horrible. Wrong kind of traffic. What a shame.

If they like the coffee, food, and experience of the place...I'm happy. Probably be extremely polarizing...they will love it or hate it. No room in between. Between the coffee cup collection we keep for the regular customers on the wall (so they can drink out of their own cup)
