I saw your price tags and choked until I realized that it was commercial kitchen equipment.
Yeah...I get it. The stuff we were bidding on is the Cadillac/Lexus versions of the equipment. Now we are just under retail for the Nissan/Kia version of the similar product versions of similar new equipment...but we got the good stuff that performs better.
I can bake 16 full sized sheet pans at the same time with controlling top, bottom, and front heat at the same time. Also included is steam injection and venting of each deck.
The oven is programmable so I can have it warming up to preset levels before I come in each morning...(it needs an hour)
This isn't exactly a household oven. This bad boy is made to COOK!
But 16 sheet pans is only 160 danish...and I haven't even started on croissants or sausage wraps, English muffins, Cumberland pies, blueberry muffins or kolaches. (NM the rest)
I need a big oven. I'm planning on 500 customers a day during our grand opening.
How many dozens do you think we will sell?
Everything fresh baked and scratch made.
We'll have cookies too.
Coffee by the Gallon...espresso by the quart.
