Hi there, my name is Sigríður or Sigrid for short. I'm a relatively new believer (grew up in a "Christian"/Lutheran family but only nominally, no one actually practiced it, and only recently due to a personal encounter i had - long story - decided to give my life to Jesus). p.s. - I'd love to hear the "long story" of you finally coming to saving faith sometime. It seems like we may have similar stories as I was baptized as an infant and then raised in the church (so to speak), always believing that I was a Christian ... until the day that I finally became one, that is, two months after my 30th birthday. That's when EVERYTHING changed, PTL :giggle:

Hi Sigrid İm totally new Christian from Turkey and here many people including my family also is very similar with İslam being Muslim only by name, you are welcome!!

I’m from an Oriental Orthodox background myself. I studied in Catholic schools upto grade 10. Iceland’s a very interesting place. I love reading about ancient Norse people. It’s a very interesting topic. Hope you have a great time here.
