@Ruby123 ...I forgot to mention...Most people because of the sugars in food , especially high carb food are Insulin resistant , and they do not even know it...This is a main factor that leads to being type 2 diabetic...People should ask for this blood test , it is so important...xox...
thanks for the info. I guess I am a lazy cook and would find keto difficult but I usually eat quite healthy though. I will look into it though. I have been eating almonds and dried mango which is very yummy when I feel like something sweet rather than turning to anything sugary. I dont have to lose weight, just maintain it would be good.
Not sure about the expert bit @Ruby123...But I have learned a lot on my 8 year journey , and still learning...Low carbs is defo the way to go for everyone , and is the cure for many sickness...I have gone from being a full blown type 2 diabetic to Pre-diabetic...All deceases love sugar , and high carbs turn to sugar , the sickness in the body is fed by the sugar...
