there's always the subliminal subconscious mind working on a woman in material ways where she may think in her mind & says: "well he's tall, has a good job, he's a nice guy & i love his truck"! since women are to be protected by men, that quick thinking & someone may call it "worldly" thinking, can allow a woman to believe guys are moe attractive with trucks.

I always hear that women prefer tall men, and all those other typical "worldly" things. I must be a very strange woman with strange women friends. I'm just not that entralled with tall statures. And I don't recall any relationship I've been in where the man drove a truck. The best and longest relationship I was in, the gentleman drove a small car. And he wasn't too tall. I mean, I didn't have to get a step stool to see eye to eye with him. I think women (at least some of them) have more unique tastes than people think.

And not all guys look at boobs and think about sex... How often is the old stereotype? Every seven minutes? Or was it every seven seconds? Anyway, some guys are not your stereotypical brainless jock either.

But acknowledging that would involve dealing with people as individuals, which is WAY too much effort. :P

huh can't believe this is a thread.
My uncle drives a truck - he's been a truck driver all his life and is a bachelor. He's like 80 now.

So? I have asked him to transport a library display case to church once. But other than that, I only see him at Christmas lunch.
 
Food trucks are pretty cool though. I'd like a guy who drives one of those - or a mobile library.

Mr Whippy was always a childhood favourite. There was no Mrs Whippy, but maybe she just had a trailer.
 
My dad drives a tram.
Mum was not impressed he drove trams. Actually she'd rather he spent Saturdays with her than spend it driving trams.
