I don't read the bible anymore. I hate reading books and can't concentrate on them. Also I tend to feel like some of the bible has false information on how to live.
Then why are you looking for a particular verse?

Because it's bugging me that i haven't found it before. Also, that it appears to not exist.

I do not know of a general "curse not", no

but there are verses telling people not to curse others though:

Do not revile the king even in your thoughts, or curse the rich in your bedroom, because a bird in the sky may carry your words, and a bird on the wing may report what you say.

There are verses which state we should not curse others. A specific verse that stats do not curse in general, maybe not. But the bible does tell us to be careful on how we use our tongue. Jesus said it is not what goes in a mans more that defiles him, it's what comes out.

Ephesians 4:29
29 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

Matthew 12; (Jesus speaking)
33 “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.
34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart[g] brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. 36 But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Colossians 3:8
8 But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.

James 1:26;
26 If anyone among you
[b] thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless

There is a whole lot more --->>>What Does the Bible Say About Power Of Words?

PS. It sounds like to me you are just looking for an excuse to say whatever you want. Is this true?

Then why worry about what it has to say as it ALL stands or falls together.......!

Idk to be honest. All i know is, according to my family, there is a verse that says do not curse. I'm curious as to the meaning of curse as in is it saying literal cursing like sorcery or is it saying curse as in cussing? or both? This is mostly to put my mind at ease since i cannot find this verse even though i've been trying for years. it's like when you can't remember the name of someone you'rre talking about and it bugs you until you do lol. I just need to find it so i can say it really does exist and i'm not imagining me reading it.
Take it as a sign to break the Bible out and start reading until you come across it ;)

curse (kaw-lal) =
to be slight, be swift, be trifling, be of little account, to appear trifling, be too trifling, be insignificant, to treat with contempt, bring contempt or dishonour
