What website was this, 25-30 years ago?
I can't remember Eli, I think it was Christian forums. Did you know Mariane and rosemary? Marianes nick was graffany back then.
I have no idea who those people are and I’ve only been in this site for 3+ years myself. I mean there is a rosemary here now but I have no idea of the past here.
By the way I find this site compared to other Christian sites the best in terms of moderation. And not just as a Christian site but as a well run forum in terms of administration.
The reason I asked is because I’m in the tech field and you can look at the history of a website since its inception through an internet Time Machine and when I look at this site back in 2000 it had no forums, only an IRC chat which was the hottest thing back then. Lol
It probably was just a chat site. It would have been around 2000 give or take.

Why didn’t you just register with Jay to begin with?

The administrators of the forum or the moderators of the forum show up on a different section of the forum. I can’t send you a screenshot right now because I’m from a phone but two main administrators here are OnceFallen and RoboOp.

Your the tech guy, that interaction when I asked crftd her first name and her response is nowhere to be found. How does that happen? I really don't care.
Back than i knew less about how these sites work than i do now and that not alot. I remember putting my real name for my nick. And If I recall correctly, I even accidentally added an bo to the end of my name. So it was jaybo I think.
I drew a hard line with technology, knowing that satan will use it in the end. With that being your profession? Your going to have some hard decisions to make in the near future.

My friend you have a lot of misunderstandings and assumptions here.
For example I know nothing about the internal workings of a car , I only like to drive them.
So when I have an issue with the car I listen to what the mechanic who is the specialist on what he has to tell me about the car. I don’t say random stuff about the car or make assumptions basically.
It sounds like you may need some sort of tour or guide on how the internet works. What usernames mean and other basic stuff.
ChristRoseFromTheDead gave you the correct response in relation to your question but it’s you who’s not understanding it mainly because you’re making some assumption or don’t know how the internet works.
Anyway, I can help you to a certain point with this but I can see that it’s going to be difficult. lol
