Otherwise, you would know how Paul pertains.what in the world does Paul believing the testimony of Moses and the prophets have to do with whether God ever blinds hearts or not? the scales fell off of Saul's eyes and he became known as Paul. there is no veil over the apostle's heart.
and Paul fulfilling prophesy that the Jews would bind him, by taking a voluntary oath, does not make Paul 'observing the law of Moses' -- that's frankly a laughable conclusion
