Again, we are told what the afterlife was like at the time Jesus was preaching. We are not told that this is the wsy things will be foreve.r. Yo are reading that idea into the text.

No, I am using your own reasoning that if people in Hell can later be saved, then it "must" be able to happen the other way. God is the same and true. So if He lets those in Hell be saved (Your Reasoning) then He must let those in Heaven who want to leave go to Hell (using Your Reasoning).
