How old, overweight, sick, un-active, un-rested, mentally tested and one’s abused digestion system all play a role. the Inability to reach healing sleep for long enough periods destroys the brain's natural function, ie, being able to help all of our organs to help us to exits to the best of our abilities - Next, stress (cortisol) causes failures directly and indirectly to cognitive function. The remedy is always simple for great brain and body health; eat lots of green=organis vegetables, get enough sleep and tax the body enough to increase heart rate and perspire/breathe deeply a few times a week. Eat healthy/green food instead. I relate it to going to a prostitute instead of having a healthy relationship with a spouse. God didn’t design our bodies to digest concentrated sources of anything in capsule form.

God bless you for looking out for your dad. My dad has been dead for 10 years but my mom is still going at 84 years of age and her mind is still sharp.I totally agree.
It was people who had constant care in a facility, or lived with a family member that benefited from having it daily.
I'd like to make chocolate bites out of coconut oil for my dad to have everyday to see if I notice an improvement. I'm pretty sure he'd eat the whole plate of them at once though and that would create a whole other problem!![]()

In matters of coconut oil there are differences in product sold. You do not want what is called, fractionated coconut oil. Labeled at times as , "MCT" coconut oil. "MCT" oil is great for those who mix their own body oils, for example, with %100 pure aromatherapy oils. Don't add sugar. Sugar is an excitotoxin .Turmeric in tea sounds good. Just add sugar.
Or honey, it taste good in most tea. I use honey in my tumeric tea and ginger teaTurmeric in tea sounds good. Just add sugar.
