Being prodigal is forgivable per Luke 15:11-24, but that is not apostasy (cf. 2Tim. 2:11-13).
Okay, that makes sense.
I remember that even though I was a prodigal son, I still hung out with other Christians and I still considered myself a Christian, even though I was running from God.
I’m not sure if he considers himself a Christian, so I get where you are coming from.

The Greek word in Hebrews 6:4 translated "impossible" could also mean "very difficult." So while it may be difficult to steer such a person back to repentance, it's not impossible; especially with God's help.

The Greek word translated as "impossible" in Hebrews 6:4 is ἀδύνατον (adunatos), an adjective meaning "without power," "unable," or "not possible," emphasizing a state where restoration to repentance is beyond human or divine capability for those who have profoundly fallen away from faith after experiencing Christian blessings. It signifies something that cannot be done. The verse warns that for those who have thoroughly experienced Christ but then turn away, it is "impossible" (adunatos) to bring them back to repentance because they have effectively rejected Christ again, putting Him to open shame (cf. the unforgivable sin of blasphemy per Jesus).

If someone denies Christ and then Christ denies him, is it possible for that person to accept Christ as lord and Savior if Christ denied him? Like, is there no turning back once you deny Christ?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I've only had like a half hour of sleep last night.

Today, is the day to decide Life or death! Decide Believing God in his mercy and love of Son for us all to be made new in Father, Daddy's, Papa's Spirit and Truth. (John 4:23-24) Otherwise one will not enter.
now there is still the Judgment day
Where all is weighed out and decided by God to each personally whether they are in or not Therefore watch out, Matthew 5:20. So go into your own closet, shut the door and ask God, God will save us all, those that turn to God to hear and know truth over errors in this world we are in each still in
Thank you Father you are still the only one good, thank you

there is no denying of anyone while they are alive. All have the opportunity to receive salvation did not Peter deny Jesus three times?

It would be helpful if you would post the Scripture you have in mind,
but Heb. 6:4-6 indicates that a believer who commits apostasy will never again repent.
No, it doesn't. It says -
Heb 6:3
And this will we do, if God permit.
Heb 6:4
For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb 6:6
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

The context is about what "we" the author/s of Hebrews, can do, not what God can do.

This we will do... For it is impossible [for us] to renew them again to repentance.

This is why it is important to read so-called proof texts in their larger context.

I hope you can get enough sleep soon.

That's a very good question.
People who hear the gospel and do not decide to trust Christ as their Savior are actually rejecting it for whatever reason. That doesn't mean that they can't get saved later, as long as they don't:

A. Die first or
B. Become a reprobate.

It would take a while to explain that term, so I can post a short sermon teaching the subject for now. I hope this clarifies the answer. If you have a specific question related to the message, please get back with me and the time mark to easily find it.
4 minutes, Reprobate Doctrine

Hope you have a good night sleep.

I see this is further stating what Jesus said when he said it is finished John 19:30
What is finished? I see the reconciliation, forgiveness is now completed for us each to decide to trust Father in this truth and begin to grow new in love and mercy of Son in love to all, thank you
I see Father permits in Hebrews 6:3, not an "If" to me, it is a Since Father permits us all to see, Yet it takes to believe Father no matter what everything appears as, to me at least. Now, I have watched me get peeled like an onion ever since finalizing the cross of forgiveness given to the entire world I decided to believe God Father in it
I did no good under Law, now I uphold Law as good and Father in Father's Spirit and Truth flows through, Jesus won for us all. Thank you Father and Son as Won (One)
We now have a new teacher 1 John 2:27

A person can only be rejected AFTER they have been called and the Holy Spirit is placed in them. and then they return to sin, transgressing the Law, willingly with full knowledge of what they are doing. they deny Christ to rule over them, willingly.

My hope and guess this is a rare person.

So I have a ? in this post reply of yours?

Have you sinned again after belief and reception of God's Spirit to lead you?
Are you by chance no more a person able to sin, your flesh is redeemed?
How so, and let me know, I hate sin and have sinned, even again as stated in Romans 7 from Paul too us all, thanks

As long as we are inhabiting these bodies of flesh, we will sin.. the determining factor: once we realize we have transgressed, will we run to our Father in repentance?

I have been in the process of salvation since 1968, have I sinned against my Father -- yes.
Do I want to? No, never but as Christ taught us --- the flesh is weak.

Even at the last moment, before Christ was taken away, and even though Christ had the Spirit without measure -- He sweated blood and cried out to the Father in deep anguish. The Father had to send an angel to give Him the power to finish His work. how much more do we need the Father's power to complete our process of salvation?

We will all fall, but we must get up and move forward, we must endure "ourselves" until our process is completed, that is hard.
I am my own worse enemy.

Never give up --never ; endure is a key word.

one more. David committed adultery and then murdered the women's husband --- now David will be king over all 12 Tribes.
Our God is a God of mercy and patience beyond human comprehension.

Me too, even as Paul spoke of Phil 3, Agreed, in process still, thank you for the honesty. I am growing in this truth of Son for us all. Grace given me too, to rest in trust to be taught new 1 John 2:27
Woe is me, I need my Daddy, Father, PaPa to lead me too. Thank you Lord for being Faithful and not ever giving up on anyone to see in trust to your love, mercy and truth for us in risen Son to us all. This Floors me daily
