Believing in/trusting in the Saviour is NOT equal to making oneself the saviour.

Please do not ever make the accusation that we distort what you believe when you make this most false accusation and distortion.

This tells me how desperate "the system" makes people.
This also creates more word salad and rabbit trails from the calvies.

Personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is making SELF the savior?......So they have to be very careful and structure a strategic answer for:

Do you personally believe/trust in the Lord Jesus Christ?

err if you say, but if your saying he created them with free will how could he judge them.

He would be responsible for all mankind going to hell if your theory was correct.

You just don't get it

Yeah, such reversal of logic boggles my mind!

Look when Jacob wrestled against God he had his hip pulled out of place.

I don't know about you but i would be highly embarrassed to walking around with a hobble for the rest of my life 🙂

You should be on secular TV.
A show to mock Christians with.
At least... to confuse them with your disconnected logic.

Sorry, kid.
You need to sit still and know He is Lord.... and study from a good teacher.

Have a nice Day.

yep it says to those whom will believe.

choosing and believing is quite clearly separated in the bible.

For instance in the garden of eden if they had of believed sin would not have entered them they would have been good to go.

Instead they chose not to believe.

There he predestine belief before choosing.

There fixed it for you ☺️
so the true Calvies teach when the word of God is preached a person can be filled with the holy spirit ☺️ because his word has power and will.

Which also suggest when a person reads the word of God they can also believe and be filled with the holy spirit

Fixed it for you.

Yes I have noticed how some are more adept at how they phrase things, but they always seem the same.

This post exemplifies if perfectly....

God is obligated to no one. In Adam we sinned and are by nature children of wrath. If God were to leave all mankind to perish, He would be just. Out of His love and mercy and for His glory, from eternity, He chose in Christ. For them, and them, Christ died; for them the Spirit is sent for salvation. That the Spirit does not work in others is not unfair but the counsel of God’s will, ‘He hath mercy on whom He will have mercy.’ Faith itself is the Spirit’s gift, not the natural ability of man. Salvation, from beginning to end, is of the Lord.

Key words and concepts frequently for control: obligated, children of wrath, counsel of God's will...

This is conditioning.

Here you go @Bible_Highlighter @cv5 @HeIsHere @Genez

You are still a baby!

There is so much to know, and you do not know what it is.
You think almost everybody is the same as you are.
That allows you to feel free to think you have not much to learn.

Keep looking around you at others who are in the same boat as you are,
and it will make you think you are perfectly fine.

That is why Paul wrote the following to others doing as you are now doing.
I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not ready for it.
And even now you are not yet ready, 1 Corinthians 3:2

You really don't know.
But you keep chumming up to those here who are in the same state as you are, to verify that you are doing fine.

How much good it does to tell you the truth? I can't say.
But, I tell you the truth just the same..

grace and peace .......

Why do you keep offering secular solutions?

The Stoics failed.

Yet, Paul took some of their vocabulary and showed them how God's grace and Truth could give them what they only longed for and could not have.

You will sometimes find Stoic terms in Paul's writings in the Greek.
Some claim that Paul was copying them.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Paul was showing them that in God, they can achieve what they wanted to achieve in the energy of their flesh, but kept failing.

......

In your case, the Lord would have probably pulled your jaw out of place.

John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.

1 John 2:2
and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

2 Cor 5:15
and He died for all, so that those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose on their behalf.

Mark 16:15
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Acts 17:31
because He has set a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all people by raising Him from the dead.”

Acts 16:31
They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

The question you should be asking isn't the above, but instead, who is it that comes to true faith/belief in Christ and why do they?
I think just about all of us "Calvies" here have answered that question at one time or another but is always ignored. I will try once again. It is not a "careful and structured strategic answer", but simple and plain Scripture alone.
Not sure why we keep attempting to convey this, maybe because hope springs eternal. There are more Scripture like these, but if you can't comprehend them, you won't comprehend the others either. The point that you should take from them is that since not everyone comes to a true belief/trust in Christ as Savior, they obviously weren't given that faith and belief as have those with it. The next logical question you should ask is how did the "who" become the "who"?

[Phl 1:29 KJV] 29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
[Jhn 6:29 KJV] 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Calvinism is a false answer to "who comes to belief?"

The Bible tells people they should and can.
