Well, King James did push out Puritans (Calvinists) out of England when they demanded to reform the Church of England (Anglicanism). Some Puritans wanted to reform the Church of England from within. Eventually, Calvinists fled the Netherlands, and America in the early 1600s. In the late 1600s is when there was some reform in religious freedom for Calvinists in England.
This is probably one of the key points out of several reasons why most of your Reformed churches in the UK do not self identify as Calvinist because of this history. Here in the United States, the Calvinists had more religious freedom openly be Calvinists without any persecution from the Church of England. Hence, why a lot of Americans here do not have a problem in self identifying as Calvinist.
What is silly about your statements is that you ignore the reality of tons of churches and websites that do self identify as Calvinist. All it takes is to Google or search the internet using the keywords, “I am Calvinist” or “Why I believe in Calvinism” and you can spend hours of fun reading and educating yourself to your own anti-knowledge rhetoric.
As I have stated before, I have ran into Calvinists self identifying as Calvinists since 2010 on different Christian forums. So please stop the gaslighting as if England is the only nation on the planet when you look at a globe. If you don’t want to use Ai, that is fine. You can just do a general internet search. Have you ever done that before? So please stop being anti-knowledge when it comes to this topic. It just makes you look really bad even to other Calvinists in the rest of world who do self identify as Calvinists.
If your next reply is doubling down on your Flat Earth anti-knowledge approach, it is time for me to move on and just ignore your posts. I have very little patience for anti-knowledge rhetoric where people refuse to research the internet to confirm the truth of things after I have gave sources for them to check.
