Because the foreknown in Romans 8:29-30 and Ephesians 1 are the ancient Hebrew Jews not the modern day Christian. Paul was addressing people of that day not the future.

well the view of that is that God can predestined people who have fallen.

Which means that is a supernatural power, so whether it's related to just one group or not.

The view of that shouldn't be held more highly than the view that God is only doing for just one group of people.
